Recommended for those with dry lips. First, the surface finishes matte, but the inside is soft, so it definitely expresses much more neatly than other matte lips. The application and expression are very satisfactory to me. Those with dry lips can only dream of lipsticks, let alone matte lips. No matter how much you care for them and apply, they crack right away when you go out. But this one is good. Solid. 2. Purple Lips If you don't apply it, it will show a strong purple-red color. Those with purple lips should buy this with the premise of covering up their lip color. It won't give you the desired color if you just apply one layer simply. 3. - It has a comfortable formula that doesn't require precise application! You can apply it haphazardly and it will still look nice - It's not drying at all! It has a very thin, moisturizing layer that feels great - I love the way it melts into the skin and provides a beautiful color payoff. The shade isn't my absolute favorite, but it still suits me well haha. Rosewood Mocha is famously gorgeous, after all - The packaging is also incredibly pretty

I don't like sticky lip products, but this one feels so soft and smooth when applied. It doesn't look overly shiny or dry, which is exactly the texture I prefer. It's a Galmuut product, and just a light application makes it look so beautiful.
Cons
It can get a bit messy, but that's just because I use it frequently. The only real downside is that I have to be careful to apply it evenly on the upper lip.

I really love the formula! I usually prefer matte lipsticks, but many of the velvet-type formulas I've tried in the past tend to emphasize flaky skin, so I've avoided them. However, the Waterful Butter Tint applies matte but still feels moisturizing and doesn't dry down to a stiff, drying finish. That's really great in my opinion :) And of course, the color is absolutely beautiful as well.
Cons
The color seems to show up a bit deeper on my lips than I expected, which is a bit disappointing.

Pros
As the name suggests, it spreads moisturizing and gets fixed, then finishes with a powdery feel. Since it's not a power matte, my lips didn't feel particularly dry, which was nice. The smooth application made it easy to create a gradient. I was able to apply it in a stained effect, which I liked. A soft rose color with a hint of brown, it creates a calm, autumnal vibe that I think is really nice.
Cons
The longevity was a bit disappointing. It felt a bit lighter than the Peripera Airy Velvet, so it had more of a layered-on feel rather than a seamless application. I had to reapply it frequently.
