Overall, it's fresh and lush, but it's definitely not a citrus bergamot-like greenery fragrance. The scent profile, which the reviewer describes as being very different from the basil-fresh basil leaves or culinary basil, is abundant and long-lasting. And as the intensity of the scent gradually fades, it transitions into another note, which the reviewer identifies as vetiver, and it was quite different from the vetiver they were familiar with. The reviewer's previous experiences with vetiver had a certain charred and smoky quality that framed the overall profile. Delving into it individually, there were notes of earth, leather, spicy heat, a bittersweet nuttiness that seemed to progress from the shell to the fruit, and a very subtle suggestion of rose. However, the vetiver in this fragrance evokes a damp forest, but with a green, mossy quality rather than a woody one. After some research, the reviewer suspects this may be Haitian vetiver, as the scent profiles can vary significantly by origin. In any case, this is the reviewer's favorite of the Discovery 3 set!! If you really enjoyed this scent and would like to try other products in the line, the reviewer strongly recommends the Belmont Scrub Body Wash in Green Paradise and the Bring Green Moisture Moment Green hand cream.
Cons
The fragrance has a lively and high-pitched tone, so it doesn't have great longevity. However, it lasts much longer than citrus-based fragrances, around 4 hours.

The perfume starts with a refreshing lime scent from the woody citrus notes, and then harmoniously blends with iris, lilac, basil, and vetiver. While it's not as light as a typical citrus fragrance, the addition of vetiver and patchouli gives it a touch of sophistication. This would be a great daily fragrance, especially for the upcoming spring and summer seasons. The longevity is quite good among eau de parfums. Another advantage of this long-lasting perfume is the 30ml bottle size, which is convenient to use without having to decant it. It would make a thoughtful and fuss-free gift for a loved one or friend on White Day. The design also impressed me, with the wooden-textured cap complementing the sleek, transparent bottle for a minimalist yet refined look. And the fact that it's made with corn-derived alcohol adds a nice clean touch to the fragrance. Overall, I highly recommend this perfume given the attention to detail in its composition and packaging.
Cons
There's really nothing disappointing about this perfume! The scent is not overpowering, which I actually prefer. However, those sensitive to longevity may want to consider it (it lasted incredibly well on me).

Among the long-lasting perfumes, this was my favorite. It has a unique scent that is not easy to describe. It is neutral yet refreshing, bright, and slightly heavy, but not too heavy. It's not easy to say it's light either, but it's not light either, perhaps because of its refreshing quality. I think it would be great to use it during the transition from spring to summer or at the tail end of summer. Among the refreshing perfumes, it's really rare to find one that is so lush and invigorating. While the long-lasting perfumes are quite expensive, they are high-quality scents. To be honest, I'm very picky about perfumes... But the long-lasting ones don't have any overpowering, pungent scents. The scents are all well-balanced. I highly recommend this.
Cons
It's all about longevity, of course. Since it's not an extremely intense, lingering scent, the longevity is rather short. It's not spicy, pungent, or overpowering, but the scent is only noticeable for about 2-3 hours, and after that, it's just a very faint, subtle lingering fragrance. You really have to bury your nose in it to smell it.
Tip
It's available for purchase in various places, so be sure to compare the products and prices before making a purchase!

I liked that it had an uncommon scent. I thought vetiver was a heavy fragrance, but there's something incredibly high-quality about the scent.
Cons
At first, I got the impression of an uncommon fragrance, but soon the scent reminded me of sweat or armpit odor, so I thought it could be difficult to find appealing.
Tip
This seems like a fragrance that you really need to test out and walk around with before deciding to purchase.

The fragrance lasted quite a long time! As the name 'Basil and Vetiver' suggests, it had a citrusy and refreshing scent.
Cons
I'm not sure about the basil... Overall, it's a refreshing fragrance that would be good to use in the summer.
