Compared to other sunscreens, this one provides exceptional coverage. I'm on my third bottle now, and I've never once found it irritating! As someone with extremely oily and sensitive skin, I haven't experienced any blemishes after applying it. There wasn't anything particularly bad, but since I have very oily skin, even the slightest hint of richness in a product doesn't work for me. This one did have a tiny bit of oiliness. However, it's still less greasy compared to other sunscreens, so if you have oily skin like mine, just use some powder on top! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinDec 12, 2024
- Purchase motivation I bought this after seeing it recommended on YouTube as a foundation-free brightening moisturizer with SPF! I was particularly drawn to it because cushions and foundations require considering many factors like darkening or caking, and it's bothersome to apply makeup in the morning and touch up throughout the day. Since I'm not usually one to wear makeup, I decided to buy this as a foundation-free option! - Advantages 1️⃣ It evens skin tone naturally The reason I avoid cushions or foundations is that they look too made-up, and if you don't touch up, it doesn't look pretty and is troublesome. However, since my skin tone varies in different areas, which bothers me and doesn't look attractive, I decided to buy this brightening moisturizer with SPF. Unless you apply too much, it evens out your complexion naturally! 2️⃣ It adheres well to the skin I use a puff to apply sunscreen, and while it sticks well even when applied by hand, using a puff and patting it on makes it adhere even better! 3️⃣ It's not noticeable My skin looks a bit patchy due to acne scars, and I thought using foundation or cushion would be too obvious, so I bought this. Unless there are dead skin cells, it's not noticeable, which is great! - Characteristics The texture isn't runny, it feels just like foundation! When first applied, it feels moisturizing and gives a glowy finish, but over time it might feel slightly dry! The scent isn't artificial, so I don't think it will be polarizing, but as time passes, a unique smell does emerge. First, if dead skin cells form due to dryness, the areas with dead skin cells and where they've flaked off become quite noticeable! As time passes, the brightening effect fades, and there's a slight oiliness that can make some areas of the skin appear darker! For those with textured skin, if you don't use powder, it can accentuate the texture! It's not great at covering redness or dark circles! You might need to use concealer to make your skin look pretty! When using, try applying it with a puff for better adherence to the skin, and using powder can make it look even prettier! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJun 24, 2024
My skin is combination with an oily T-zone. I loved that the packaging was pretty and the product didn't feel irritating on my skin! The brightening effect was natural, giving a beautiful peachy glow, so the color was really lovely. Unfortunately, it settles into pores too much and produces excessive oil... With mineral sunscreens, you need to be extra thorough when cleansing! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMay 26, 2024
Definitely repurchasing this! For a foundation-free product, it has great ingredients. As someone with acne-prone skin, I can use it daily without irritation. It naturally brightens my complexion, which I love. After a while, it slightly settles into pores and breaks down a bit. There's also a hint of excess oil, which is a bit disappointing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 25, 2024
As someone with sensitive skin that can't tolerate organic sunscreens and has slightly dehydrated combination skin, I find this product quite suitable. It's a mineral sunscreen with a beige tint, which is perfect for those of us with sensitive skin who prefer minimal product application. The ingredients seem good, and despite my skin being prone to irritation, this doesn't cause any. While it's primarily a sunscreen and doesn't offer much coverage, it does make your complexion look somewhat better. Unlike purely white mineral sunscreens that can leave an unnatural white cast, this beige-tinted product looks natural when applied in thin layers and absorbed well. I've been using it daily without any blemishes or irritation - it's very comfortable to use. The product is a bit on the rich side, so as time passes, oil tends to surface in the pores, making them appear more prominent. This could be even more noticeable in summer, which is a bit disappointing. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJan 6, 2024
I only applied it to the back of my hand, but it was better than expected. It naturally evens skin tone while providing good sun protection. It seems to make my skin quite shiny, but that's typical for creams, so I can't really say it's a major drawback.
