Subtle, Pleasant Fragrance I've tried several bath products with bright colors and strong scents. For those with super sensitive skin, even fragrances can cause blemishes. This one has a mild, soothing scent that enhances the bathing experience. No Added Colorants While vibrant colors might appeal to children, I believe it's best to avoid non-food grade colorants on the skin. This product's color-free formula feels cleaner and gentler. Contains Plant-Based Oils In summer, I often skip applying emulsion to my baby due to the heat and stickiness. This product contains canola, olive, and sunflower oils, so there's no dryness even without post-bath moisturizer. Safe Ingredients, No Harmful Additives It's free from harmful substances commonly found in skincare products. The ingredient list is reassuring, making it suitable for newborns and those with super sensitive skin. True to the Atopalm name, I can't find any downsides. If I had to mention one thing, it might be the price. - hy*********Combination SkinRecommendedJul 31, 2024Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

For larger tubs, you can just use a couple. When dropped in water, it dissolves smoothly like other bath bombs, releasing bubbles, though it's not a bubble bath so the foam doesn't persist. At first, I thought it was nothing special, but after bathing without soap, just in the water with the dissolved bath bomb, and not applying body emulsion afterwards - even though I usually need to due to my dry skin even in summer - wow! The moisturizing effect lasts without any tightness. It's truly amazing! The ziplock packaging makes storage easy too. You might expect a special fragrance from a bath bomb, but this one is unscented. Looking on the bright side, since it's for kids, the lack of fragrance might actually be more reassuring. For a small baby bathtub, one tablet seems right. For a shallow tub where kids play, maybe two. For an adult's half-body bath, about three tablets would be good. For kids who dislike body emulsion, bathing with this in summer might eliminate the need for extra moisturizer. - ek******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJul 29, 2024Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

This spa bath powder has gentle ingredients, and my child with atopic dermatitis and scratch marks didn't experience any stinging or itching when using it. Big thumbs up! The fragrance was also pleasantly subtle. At first, my child was afraid it might sting, but now they get excited whenever they see the bath powder. Both the child and I were thrilled that there's no need to rinse off after use - it's such a relief! I discovered that not all bath products produce bubbles. Having only used foaming bath products before, I naturally expected this one to create rich bubbles too. Unfortunately, there were no bubbles for bubble play. Given its good ingredients, it's best to think of it purely in terms of its functional benefits for the skin. When I felt the quantity was a bit small, I'd dissolve it in a medium-sized bowl and apply it to the body before getting into the water. This method made it last longer. Our bathtub is actually a large, foldable one for my three kids to play in, so it's quite spacious! - qo*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJul 29, 2024Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

And when I was pregnant with my second, I even used their stretch mark cream. That's how much I trust and rely on Atopalm. My second child is now 4 months old, and I've been loving the Baby Spa tablets. I put 5 in the bathtub, use a neck float, and let the little one enjoy a swim at home! Regarding the experience: It's a bit slippery, but I love that it's a gentle bath product that doesn't need rinsing off after use. So convenient! After patting dry with a towel, I applied the emulsion, and it felt even more hydrating than usual. There's hardly any scent. It fizzes like a carbonated bath tablet but doesn't foam up like bubble bath. With plant-based oils and their proprietary MLE technology, it keeps skin moisturized even after bathing, preventing dryness. The Baby Spa made me feel at ease about water play, which usually seems to strip moisture from the skin. (It even helped the baby sleep well!) It contains oatmeal, which helps soothe skin irritated by external factors. In this scorching weather, it's great for calming our babies' skin while allowing them to enjoy safe water play at home. We're really loving it! There weren't really any downsides. The resealable bag packaging is fantastic! - ks*****Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedJul 29, 2024Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

For a bathtub, they recommend using 5 tablets. When you drop them in water, they dissolve like effervescent vitamin tablets, which kids find fascinating. They don't create foam, but the water turns slightly cloudy gray. As soon as the water touches your skin, it feels silky smooth. You don't need to rinse off after your bath; just gently pat dry with a towel. Your skin definitely feels moisturized and soft. I have sensitive skin, but I didn't experience any blemishes or irritation. It's perfect for summer when the kids love playing in the bathtub on weekends. I think we'll get good use out of it. This would be especially beneficial for maintaining skin hydration during the dry winter months. Unfortunately, there are only 10 tablets per pack, which means you can only use it twice for a full bathtub. The quantity is too small. - lo**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 29, 2024Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

It's a brand I trust completely, from ingredients to moisturizing power. The hydration is so good that I always reached for Atopalm during fall and winter. Convenience: Just like coin-sized bath bombs (about the size of a 500 won coin, shaped like a macaron), you simply toss it in the water and it dissolves on its own. It creates microbubbles, which fascinates and delights the kids. No need to rinse, saving water and effort. Moisture and Hydration: In summer, we shower frequently, and it's a hassle to apply emulsion all over the body each time. With this product, skin feels moisturized even after toweling off, so I only needed to apply a soothing gel. Turns out it contains plant-based oils. Post-Bath Smoothness: After bathing, not only the kids' skin but even my hands feel silky smooth and hydrated. I just toweled off without rinsing. At first, I was skeptical about not rinsing, but seeing how moisturized the children's skin was, I skipped rinsing and just patted dry. It's really wonderful! Initially, I found it inconvenient that each tablet wasn't individually wrapped, but then I realized that would be less environmentally friendly. The resealable bag should work fine if closed properly. As expected, the paper packaging is recyclable. During summer and rainy season, mixing a bit of soothing gel with cream or emulsion works even better. - to****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJul 29, 2024Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

The fragrance is subtle, and it seems to cause no irritation to the skin. I feel more at ease staying in the bath longer compared to colored bath products. My child with atopic dermatitis seemed to scratch less after using this before bed. It's disappointing that the quantity isn't more generous. The skin doesn't feel as soft if you rinse it off. If you have a child who hates bathing, you can entice them with this product. It works well! For children with atopic dermatitis, it's beneficial to bathe for at least 15 minutes. - lu********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedJul 29, 2024Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

When you put it in water, tiny carbonated bubbles fizz for about 30 seconds, then disappear, creating a spa-like bath. The scent is a mild, non-irritating soap fragrance, which I personally enjoyed. One great thing is that you don't need to rinse - just pat yourself dry after the bath! There wasn't really anything disappointing about it! Since it can be used from newborns, I wonder if an unscented version might be a good option. If you want to maintain hydration and keep your skin moisturized, I think using Atopalm MLE emulsion and cream together would double the effectiveness! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 29, 2024Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

The instructions suggested 1 tablet per washbasin, so I dissolved one in a bucket. It dissolved quickly and completely when sprayed with water, just like a bubble bar, leaving no residue. There was no fragrance, but it produced a slight foam. The plant-based oils and proprietary MLE moisturizing ingredients are said to help soothe and hydrate the skin. When the bath water touched my skin, I was surprised by its slippery texture - it felt like a moisturizing film had been applied. The product is free from 10 harmful ingredients and has passed skin irritation tests, making it safe even for newborns. It seemed to embody Atopalm's signature gentle yet deeply hydrating characteristics. It's not a bubble bar, so a bubble bath isn't possible. Although it's said that rinsing isn't necessary after bathing, I rinsed off with running water due to the slippery texture. Caution is needed as the bathroom tiles can become slippery if the bath water pools. For an adult, 5-6 tablets are needed, meaning one box lasts for about 2 baths. Given that it's not particularly cheap, I'll likely use it only for young children. While it lacks bubbles or fragrances for mood enhancement, this bath product focuses on the essentials of skin protection. It might not be suitable for those who find intense moisturization uncomfortable, but it's an excellent, gentle, and non-irritating product for use with young children. - to******Oily SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJul 27, 2024Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

Since my skin has become super sensitive after giving birth - even more so than a baby's - I figured if it works for me, it should be fine for the little one too! I've used all of Atopalm's ML emulsion creams without any irritation, so I had faith in their bath product as well. For an adult-sized tub, they recommend dissolving 5-6 tablets. I dropped them into warm water and watched as they fizzed and dissolved quickly. Being a bit impatient, I may have helped them along by crushing them a bit! The scent is very subtle, which I found a bit disappointing. However, when you consider it's for babies, the lack of fragrance is actually reassuring. After all, fragrances aren't always the best for sensitive skin, right? The water felt silky smooth, and after my bath, I didn't rinse off as instructed. I was a bit hesitant about not rinsing, but my skin actually felt moisturized and hydrated, so I realized that's the way to go. When we used it for the baby's bath time, they had fun watching the tablets dissolve. Even when water splashed into their eyes, there was no discomfort, which shows how gentle the formula is. The baby's skin felt soft and moisturized after the bath without any irritation! I definitely recommend this product! I felt a bit sad when I realized how quickly I went through the tablets - using 6 for an adult bath doesn't leave many for future use. The quantity feels a bit limited, which is disappointing. Also, be careful with storage as babies in the oral phase might try to put them in their mouths. For babies at this stage, it might be best to fully dissolve the tablets before putting them in the bath!
