I bought this because the design is cute and the subtle fragrance is lovely. The cream is quite rich, but surprisingly, it absorbs well. This is exactly the citrus scent I've been looking for! If you love L'Occitane's Citrus Verbena, this has the identical fragrance! Does it leave a residue when applied? Personally, I prefer a matte finish, but this leaves a slightly dewy feeling on the skin. The texture is quite thick. The fragrance is absolutely delightful! I usually dislike sharp citrus scents, but this one is refreshingly subtle and light without being overpowering. It's perfect! The texture is also fantastic - it's a balm-type product that feels rich, yet it glides on smoothly and absorbs well when applied. I love how it feels on my skin! There weren't really any major downsides. If I had to nitpick, it might be a bit light for winter use? I discovered that mixing the Love and Groove scents together works even better!
