For a foundation, it's less drying and the adherence isn't bad. As for the 24-hour glow it promises, well, I'm not so sure about that. If you're expecting a moisturizing foundation, you might be disappointed. It has a lightweight texture with a slight hint of hydration. For those with dry skin, even this might feel matte. The color is very light with a slightly ashy undertone. It seems suitable for those with light undertones and muted complexions. Don't expect a pink, lively radiance! For someone like me with a deep undertone in the light range, this shade actually drains the life out of my complexion, making me look pale and sickly. Recommended for those with very fair skin, cool undertones, and who suit muted tones well. - 03*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinEnlarged PoresRecommendedJan 20, 2025
The coverage isn't high, but it looks flawless when concealer is applied. It evens out the complexion nicely, and even when it fades, it does so beautifully. I've found my holy grail foundation! Since it doesn't set quickly, you can take your time spreading and gently patting it in. Perhaps due to my sensitive skin or the chemical sunscreen ingredients, the area from my cheekbones to my cheeks reacted terribly. After using it once, I had to go without makeup for three weeks before my skin returned to normal. It was incredibly itchy, cracked, weeping, and stinging. - ra*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 26, 2024
I usually use shade 21, but after reading reviews saying shade 17 was a bit darker, I decided to buy it. However, that's not the case... it's actually lighter. But it's a naturally bright tone that looks nice. Plus, I love how hydrating it is! Well, I'm not sure yet. Oh, and about that Hera gratis highlight balm...? To be honest, it's not really necessary. I'd prefer if they could swap it for something else. - cn******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesRednessRecommendedOct 19, 2024
It really gives a radiant glow! This is the epitome of glow, and among glowy foundations, I'd say the coverage is about medium. I did wish the coverage was a bit better. But then again, being a glow product, that might be asking too much... - li**********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedSep 6, 2024
Hera really does know how to nail the perfect shades for Korean skin tones, and it's absolutely true! As someone with fair, cool-toned skin, I'm thrilled that this shade is so beautiful without any yellow undertones. I wish they had a shade 19. It seems there's quite a jump from 17 to 21, which is a bit disappointing. When choosing a foundation, it's crucial to find a shade that matches your complexion perfectly. Sometimes, brands could benefit from offering more nuanced shade ranges to cater to diverse skin tones. - ek*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedAug 26, 2024
The Hera foundation I recently purchased comes in both glow and matte versions. I got the glow version, which definitely feels more hydrating. It's perfect for fall and winter. While it might not have as much coverage as the matte version, it's great if you want a smooth, natural look that brightens your complexion. If you have more noticeable blemishes, I'd recommend mixing it with a matte product! The coverage is a bit on the lighter side, so mixing it works better. You can boost the coverage by using a spatula or mixing it with a matte foundation. - su**********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsMar 7, 2024
It absorbs so nicely in a thin layer, which I love. However, it's as drying as a silky foundation. It's extremely drying. Even though I have oily skin and only use a pea-sized amount, it still leaves my skin feeling parched. - se*******Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 17, 2024
If you're a fan of foundation, I absolutely recommend Hera Glow. It gives an Inner Glow rather than a greasy shine, applies thinly and evenly. The best part is how it seems to meld with your skin over time, creating a beautiful complexion. Being a glow product, it lacks in coverage. You'll definitely need to use concealer for additional coverage. I recommend using a sponge rather than a foundation brush. After applying Hera, lightly press some matte powder just on your nose and forehead areas. - so********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 15, 2024
Hydration transforms into a plump, radiant finish. Compared to other products, it provides a superior glow with impressive staying power. The ingredients... Somehow, the glow version feels less gentle than the silky stay version. Apply with a spatula and then gently pat it in with a damp Daiso puff for an instant high-end salon effect. - wa********Normal SkinSebum/BlackheadsRednessRecommendedJan 13, 2024
It's wonderfully hydrating and gives a beautiful glow, making my skin look naturally radiant. I love how it enhances my complexion without looking artificial. The longevity is slightly disappointing, and those who prioritize high coverage might find it a bit lacking. It pairs excellently with the Clio Hydro Makeup Sponge.
