I took these probiotics because I was experiencing continuous discharge. The pills were small, making them easy to swallow. I usually took them on an empty stomach. It seemed like the amount of discharge might have decreased, but I wasn't entirely sure. There wasn't an immediate dramatic effect. I think probiotics alone aren't enough - you need to eat well and maintain good lifestyle habits alongside them. The room temperature storage made it convenient to keep. One bottle contains a two-month supply, and I bought it at a discounted price during a special sale at Olive Young. I wasn't certain if the amount of discharge had actually decreased or not. There wasn't any dramatic effect. Ladies, keep taking these consistently! They're fantastic for clearing up vaginal infections. I've been taking these probiotics for three years now. After trying different brands, I've settled on this one for over a year and a half. What's more, I used to have a lot of chin blemishes, but since I've been taking these regularly, I only get a few during that time of the month, and hardly any otherwise! Downsides...? Hmm, I haven't found any yet. If I do, I'll come back and update my review. This might be TMI, but I'm the type who rarely drinks water. However, when I take these probiotics and vitamin D, I make an effort to drink a lot of water. The affordable price for 60 capsules means I don't need to buy them frequently, and I don't have to dispose of containers often, which is great. There's no unpleasant smell when taking them, and the capsules aren't difficult to swallow, so I had no trouble with consumption. It's a bit disappointing that the container case is somewhat fragile. Since I didn't notice any remarkable effects, I didn't repurchase. Take them consistently every morning on an empty stomach for about two weeks to see if the product works well for you.

While I don't make a point of exercising regularly, I still walk about 7-8 thousand steps a day. But I guess that's not enough... Anyway, I've been consuming dairy products and probiotics, but I noticed that when I take probiotics daily, I always end up with diarrhea. My stomach starts gurgling and... I learned the hard way that more probiotics isn't always better. So I was considering buying just the probiotic supplement from this brand, but then I saw they had a 'Women's' version. It has a lower probiotic content, but it's designed to help increase beneficial vaginal bacteria and suppress harmful bacteria. I decided to go for it and made the purchase. Each bottle contains 60 tiny capsules, and it's well-designed for room temperature storage. Since taking probiotics alone used to keep me living in the bathroom, I used to take them in the evening. This made it hard to develop a habit of taking them on an empty stomach in the morning, but now it's fine. For the first three weeks, everything was okay, but after that, I started experiencing diarrhea again... They say the effects can vary depending on individual constitution, but without them I'm too constipated, and with them... So now, instead of taking them every day, I'm taking them once every 2-3 days. This seems to be working a bit better, but I'm still not entirely sure... When I was buying this product, I saw quite a few reviews mentioning effects like reduced vaginal discharge, but I actually feel like mine has increased... I'm not sure if it's just my imagination or if it's really happening, but this is a bit disappointing. Also, I'm wondering why caramel coloring is included in the capsules... Sigh... I take it in the morning when I drink water after waking up. If you have a sensitive system, try taking it once every 2-3 days.

However, my experience: 1) Gyno Master - I took it for 4 months. It contains 54mg of lactoferrin. I got it on sale for as low as 15,000 won. It didn't suit me from the first month, but I persevered for 3 months due to its good value. Unfortunately, it really didn't work for me. 2) TruALX Gynoprobiotics - It has the same ingredients as Gyno Master, so I'm considering whether to try it. There are many positive reviews for this one too. 3) Mobita Gynofresh - I'm considering this because it's manufactured by Cosmax. 4) CJ BYOCORE - This one has 54mg of lactoferrin, Vitamin D, and Zinc added. I was thinking of trying this next. 11. ANYWAY... after taking Gyno Master for 4 months, during the recent COVID outbreak, my vaginal infection worsened. It led to a severe bladder infection, almost developing into pyelonephritis symptoms. I even had to be hospitalized for a day. So, I finally gave up on the Respecta vaginal probiotics after 4 months. I decided to go back to the Jarrow-type vaginal probiotic that worked well for me before - the Danish Probiotics Story Women's. It's been working well for me so far. When I first started taking it, I noted that it felt different from the UREX probiotics I'd been taking. But since it was so long ago, I said I'd update my review after about two months of use. This is a three-month review of vaginal probiotics from someone who's prone to vaginal infections and has a weak immune system. Advantages: Compared to gut probiotics, the pills are much smaller and don't have a strong smell. The container is longer, which makes it easier to open the lid. I have absolutely no complaints about this product. There's truly nothing I find disappointing about it. One of the things I really appreciate about this supplement is that it doesn't have that strong, distinctive smell that many capsules have. That's a big plus for me. The size of the pill is about 2/3 the diameter of a quarter, which makes it incredibly easy to swallow. I've tried some imported supplements before, and they were so large that swallowing was a real challenge. With these, I don't have to worry about that at all, which is fantastic. What really sold me on this product was that it's certified by Hansen, one of the top three probiotic ingredient companies alongside DuPont-Danisco from the US and Lallemand Rosell from Canada. That gives me extra confidence in its quality. Plus, it contains the currently popular Rhamnnosus strain, which was a key factor in my decision to try it. I was a bit frustrated at first when I tried to open the bottle with one hand. The cap was so tight that I accidentally spilled one pill, which was disappointing. There's a warning on the bottle that says 'Please be careful with the opening part when using the container,' and I can see why. When I touched it without thinking, I noticed it was quite sharp. I've used many supplements in similar containers, but this one feels like the sharpest I've encountered. For probiotics, it's often recommended to take them on an empty stomach. So, my routine is to rinse my mouth with water in the morning, then take the supplement with a glass of lukewarm water.

The doctor actually recommended going without liners and just wearing underwear. When the doctor suggested trying vaginal probiotics, I decided to do my own research before buying. YouTube wasn't helpful as everything seemed like sponsored content, so I came to Olive Young and carefully read through product details before making my choice. My first criterion was that it had to be specifically for vaginal health. I looked for products that mentioned vaginal-derived probiotics that could survive and colonize the vaginal area, not just intestinal probiotics. Next was value for money. Since this isn't a one-month treatment, I considered the long-term cost. This product works out to about 866 won per day for a 2-month supply. The doctor recommended trying for at least 3 months, saying that the right probiotic varies for each person. The advice was to compare the frequency of infections and discharge after 3 months, continue if it works, or try a different product if there's no significant change. I'll update with a one-month review later! I chose a product that doesn't require refrigeration for convenience. While individually packaged doses seemed nice, this one claims to have special packaging, so I decided to try it. Although it's not a 3-month supply, I bought this 2-month pack as I still have some left from a previous 1-month supply of vaginal probiotics. I wish they sold it as a set of three 1-month supplies. The 2-month supply is a bit awkward.
