Inositol is most effectively absorbed when taken in powder form, and this product provides it in an optimized ratio for maximum absorption. The taste is sweet and refreshing, with large granules that don't cause coughing or clumping. It dissolves well without water, and the easy-open portion tears cleanly. Is the absorption rate too good? I've heard that taking inositol can delay ovulation and lengthen cycles, and I actually experienced a slight delay in my cycle. The price is wickedly high, goodness gracious! It becomes somewhat more affordable if you buy about six at a time.

I carefully selected this one since I've heard that low concentrations are worse than not taking it at all. It's extremely expensive. Although the concentration is high, inositol supplements in our country are generally overpriced across the board.
