I bought this after seeing an Instagram ad, and it's amazing! It doesn't pill at all and absorbs so naturally. I'm totally hooked on it now. It's perfect for a no-makeup look, and when I apply foundation over it, it seriously doesn't budge even after 72 hours - unbelievable! Well... While there's nothing really disappointing about it, the coverage is just average since it's so hydrating and natural-looking. I dare say this is my holy grail foundation. I downloaded the Hwahae app just to write this review! As someone with extremely dry skin, this doesn't flake at all, even right before bed. I've tried all the famous foundations recommended for very dry skin, but nothing beats this. It doesn't budge even after drinking, clinging to my skin like it's my own until I remove it! While there's only one shade, it's perfect for me who usually uses shades 17-23. I've never felt it was particularly darker or lighter than my skin tone. This might mean the color effect itself is subtle, but it seems to blend into my skin tone naturally. I'm already on my second bottle and have stocked up two more :) When you apply it, you immediately feel the hydration and it leaves a beautiful glow! It's perfect for the trendy glossy makeup look. I've received so many compliments on my skin since using this, I wish I could recommend it to everyone with dry skin! Despite being perfect for my extremely dry skin, even in winter, those with oily skin might find it too greasy. Being a hydrating formula, the coverage isn't great. But I guess that's somewhat expected for a dry skin-focused foundation. I haven't really noticed significant sun protection, so I still use a separate sunscreen in summer! Whether you apply a little or a lot, it adheres naturally like sunscreen, so there's no special trick needed. It just applies beautifully! Easy to apply and effective for overall brightening. It's convenient as you can apply it right after your emulsion. It's a great option when you don't feel like doing a full makeup routine. While it evens out the overall complexion, it doesn't cover small blemishes. As I have oily skin, my face tends to get shiny by afternoon. I need to touch up with powder to manage this.

If you want makeup that looks as natural as your own skin, I highly recommend this! 1. It makes your skin look good, like your own but better - It absorbs into the skin like an emulsion when you apply it. Rather than making your skin look completely white, it refines the texture, making it look clean and polished! 2. No clumping, no floating, no emphasis on dead skin cells - It's like it just blurs your skin (it doesn't lighten the color, it matches my skin tone perfectly) 3. Doesn't pill Even though it doesn't have sunscreen, it doesn't feel heavy or pill when used with sunscreen! Apply sunscreen first, let it absorb, then gently pat a small amount of this on top for a natural skin-refining effect 4. Pore coverage Pores don't look clogged, and unlike some foundations that can emphasize dead skin cells when applied incorrectly, this doesn't do that! For any larger blemishes or intense redness that it doesn't cover, you can just use a bit of concealer 1. If you want brighter makeup, choose one shade lighter! It doesn't brighten your complexion significantly, so you'll need to do tone correction separately. Either apply a brightening sunscreen underneath, or add some bright cushion foundation on your cheekbones and forehead! 2. The inconvenience of having to apply sunscreen separately since it doesn't have sun protection 3. Requires thorough cleansing - Since it also acts as a primer, you need to cleanse thoroughly. Incredibly soft and smooth! It glides on like water. You can apply it generously without worry. The shade is too dark, and it feels quite heavy and damp when applying. I'll have to think of better ways to use this product. Well, you should apply it with the mindset of using a primer, not as a base makeup product. This is the best for concealing pores. It's comfortable for daily use and provides great hydration. After application, when I look in the mirror, it appears slightly white like sunscreen residue. However, it settles down after a little while. While it's good to apply with your hands, using a cushion puff makes it feel more moisturizing and gives a more natural finish.

Usually, I use three or more tools to apply my base, which is quite cumbersome. With this, I just smooth it on with my fingers, wait 1-2 minutes, and then blend out any fingerprints - base done! I was worried about the single shade, but for a 21 shade, it's not too bright, just pleasantly luminous, giving about half a shade of brightening. While the staying power isn't as long as my usual layered base, it still looks beautiful for 4-5 hours without issue. The longevity isn't quite as impressive as when I meticulously apply other foundations, but I'm still satisfied because it cuts my makeup routine by at least 10 minutes. For the best application, dot the product on your cheeks and blend outwards, then apply to your forehead, chin, and nose. It feels quite hydrating. The tube packaging is hygienic, and a gentle squeeze dispenses just the right amount. The ingredients seem to be of good quality. It has a tendency to sit on the skin rather than absorb fully. It doesn't adhere well, and while I'm not fond of applying with hands, it seems to be the best method for this product. Most disappointingly, it offers zero coverage. For best results, spread it widely with your fingers, then gently pat with a cushion puff.
