Here are the standout features: 1. It's incredibly gentle! No blemishes whatsoever! 2. Fragrance-free and odorless 3. Its watery consistency makes it perfect as an exfoliating toner 4. It absorbs well, leaving the skin naturally hydrated 5. Even though it's winter and my skin is very dry, the hydration doesn't evaporate quickly If you're in need of a toner, I think this might become your go-to product!
ConsI honestly can't think of any downsides! The quantity is generous too - it should last about two months. I'd be thrilled if they came out with a mist version of this product!
TipAfter cleansing, I generously soak a cotton pad and gently sweep it across my entire face, as if I'm dusting off my skin.

The beauty of being 'reliable' is that you find yourself reaching for it more often than you'd expect. It's a water-based toner that doesn't leave your skin feeling dry, which is great. It's perfect for using as a mask with cotton pads - couldn't ask for more! Personally, I prefer fragrance-free products, so I really appreciated that this one has no scent.
ConsWhile there's nothing particularly disappointing about it, a pump or one-touch cap would make it even more convenient to use!

The texture of this product is watery. At first, I was worried it might be too drying because it ran down my hand when I applied it. However, I could feel the hydration building up from deep within my skin. Usually, when a product is moisturizing, it leaves a sticky residue, but this one finished with a fresh feel. Even after applying it three times, there was no stickiness - only moisture remained on my face, which I loved. In winter, when we focus on moisturizing and hydrating, stickiness often follows inevitably. But the fact that this product leaves a fresh finish is fantastic and something I really want to emphasize!
ConsI didn't experience any blemishes, and although the watery texture might be a bit tricky to apply, it seemed like my skin absorbed it well, so I was satisfied while using it.
TipIt's also great for mixing with modeling masks for extra hydration!

When used as a skin pack, it seems even better for deep dryness. I've been using the Anua Heartleaf Toner, and this one has a slightly thicker consistency than Anua? But it's not noticeable at all, and it's definitely a watery toner!
ConsWell... As it's just a watery toner, it doesn't have any functions other than hydration. It's a good base product for replenishing moisture.
TipI've tried using it as a mist, an exfoliating toner, and a skin pack, but the skin pack method works best. As a mist or exfoliating toner, it seemed to evaporate quickly.

Instead of just applying it directly, I used it as a pack by soaking cotton pads. It provided better deep hydration than my previous toner, and it even reduced the dead skin cells that usually appear in winter due to dryness!! The formula is a standard water-type and fragrance-free. Although I discovered it by chance, I'm more satisfied with it than my previous toner, so I'll likely continue using it!!!
ConsI wish it came in a spray format too! Like other water-type toners, it's a bit inconvenient to pour into my hands to apply..
TipUsing it as a pack provides better hydration than just applying it normally!!!

However, it lacks richness, so in winter, I feel more comfortable layering it twice. Blemish-prone & oily skin overall impression: I dislike sticky toners, but this one finishes fresh. It absorbs well while keeping the skin hydrated - very satisfying! I have sensitive, blemish-prone skin, but it didn't cause any breakouts, so I'm considering purchasing. < Recommended skin types > Oily, combination dehydrated, blemish-prone skin <Review from dry skin type below> *Applied toner-serum-rich emulsion 1. Hydration: The most crucial deep hydration for dry skin ~ I'm satisfied. I've always been wary of watery toners, only using cream skin or 'runny' toners, but this product applies lightly while deeply hydrating. It lives up to its hyaluronic name!! Since I used it in winter, I applied it at least twice each time. 2. Absorption: Hydrating and fresh style. I'm too lazy for exfoliating toners, so I pat it on with my palms. It's completely watery, but it absorbs so well that it feels good - I want to keep applying it three or four times. Great absorption! 3. Other (appearance, container, packaging) : Completely fragrance-free. : Very satisfied with the thoughtful spout design that doesn't gush out : From the box packaging using paper tape, to both the box and container being eco-friendly - I think this attention to detail is very meticulous.. Great!
Cons1. Moisturizing power: As someone with dry skin, I wish it had a more rich finish. It was sufficiently hydrating deep down, but if it could be rich (hydration + nourishment), it would be perfect. 2. Being a watery toner, it does run when applied by hand. However, it absorbs quickly and has a nice fresh feeling. 3. Stings if it gets in your eyes
Tip1. Toner pads : Since it's hydrating, if you want longer-lasting effects, soak a cotton pad and place it on your cheeks 2. Patting it on your palms feels refreshing and uplifting

Skin type: I have dry skin, and usually find toners quite drying when applied directly. I typically use pad products and do a toner mask with regular toners! 'A gentle and versatile toner' When I first applied the Nightingale Ecto-Hyaluronic Toner directly with my hands and followed my usual skincare routine, I didn't notice a significant improvement in dryness compared to other toners. However, when used as a toner mask with cotton pads, it greatly improved the dryness! I could feel my skin's hydration increasing. In my personal opinion, it seems to address deep dryness better than other toners. Another aspect I appreciated was its cooling effect on the skin. When I occasionally feel heat rising from within my skin, applying this as a toner mask on my cheeks definitely helps lower the skin's internal temperature! I'm really enjoying using it for this purpose!
ConsToo ordinary as a toner While it's challenging for a toner to have standout features, I feel this one lacks any distinctive characteristics! For those with dry skin like mine, a toner that effectively addresses deep dryness even when applied directly would be more appealing. Unfortunately, I can't confidently say that about the Ecto-Hyaluronic Toner... Price After checking the Hwahae app, I found it's priced at 18,000 won for 200ml (as of 1/1), which seems slightly expensive. Considering that well-known large-volume toners are priced around 23,000 won for 500ml, I don't think this offers great value for money...
TipI believe using it as a toner mask will sufficiently address any dryness issues! I recommend purchasing single-layer cotton pads, saturating them well with the toner, and then applying. This method helps combat deep dryness and cools down the skin temperature nicely. (When I used multi-layer cotton pads, they didn't adhere well and created wrinkles. I suggest everyone use single-layer cotton pads!)

With many late-night gatherings during the holiday season, my skin was in pretty bad shape. But after a week of diligently cleansing and applying this, my skin's condition has improved significantly! - Hydration: The deep dryness after cleansing has reduced considerably, and there's noticeably less makeup buildup under my eyes. - Texture: It has a clear, watery consistency rather than a thick one, making it perfect to use with thin cotton pads soaked in the product.
ConsThe 24-hour claim is a bit exaggerated. In this windy winter weather, the toner's hydration doesn't quite last a full 24 hours.

I usually focus on serums and creams rather than toners, so I've always used lightweight toners. It's surprisingly hard to find a fragrance-free, light toner, you know? This one absorbs quickly without evaporating and leaving skin dry. It doesn't make the next skincare steps feel heavy. If you're looking for a basic toner, I highly recommend this one!
ConsDue to its watery nature, it might be a bit challenging to use as an essence on a cotton pad. I ended up using it only as an exfoliating toner.

At first, I thought it was a solid color, but it's actually the color of the liquid! It has a completely water-like texture. You can definitely feel it addressing deep dryness! I have dry skin, so in winter, using just a moisturizer leaves me feeling dry, but when I apply this toner before my moisturizer, it feels less dry. I was curious about how hydrating the toner would be on its own, so I applied it to the back of my dry hand. Even as time passed and the surface felt dry, I didn't experience much deep dryness.
ConsThere wasn't anything particularly bad! If I had to nitpick, I'd say that because it's so watery, it tends to run... but that's about it!
TipI occasionally used it as an exfoliating toner, and I could feel it smoothing out dead skin cells and refining skin texture! For those with very dry skin, I think applying toner, then hydrating moisturizer, followed by a richer moisturizer would be perfect for addressing both deep and surface dryness.
