The strong alcohol scent might be off-putting for those sensitive to fragrances. It's definitely a love-it-or-hate-it kind of smell.

I got to try this product as part of The Hwahae Testers experience. It's a liquid formula with a dense texture, not a watery consistency. As you can see in the photo, there's an oil layer, so you need to shake it before use.

    (For my extremely dry skin) While it's not incredibly hydrating, it feels adequately moisturizing - more so than my previous toner. It doesn't provide instant hydration, but rather seems to refine the skin's surface while gradually absorbing and providing moisture.

    As mentioned on the back of the product, there's a slight stickiness if you don't wipe it off with a cotton pad. Personally, I don't mind even thick, rich textures, so this was perfectly fine for me! When used as an exfoliating toner with a cotton pad, it feels like it creates a thin protective layer, making it suitable for all skin types.

The bottle isn't too large, so I took the full-size product with me when traveling

I was initially worried about breakouts since it contains oil, but I'm happy to report zero blemishes! It's wonderfully hydrating and I'm loving it.
The ingredients are gentle and I'm really impressed overall.

There's a lingering alcohol scent (reminds you of the morning after drinking, but you'll power through it for skincare). The product volume is on the smaller side. It's not ideal for those who prefer doing skin pack routines. The oil layer and toner layer don't mix well, remaining distinctly separate.

The texture flows like water, giving a refreshing feel. It has a moisturizing effect and works wonderfully with makeup (creates a flawless base without caking). You'll never experience deep dryness. The skin improvement is visibly noticeable. It's gentle enough to use without worrying about blemishes. The lightweight container makes it convenient to carry around.

On days when I have blemishes, applying cream before bed can worsen them, so I only use toner and essence. However, this often leaves my skin feeling tight and dry in the morning. Applying this Micro Dual Serum Toner generously followed by a light layer of essence before bed keeps my skin hydrated without aggravating blemishes. It works wonders!

The scent is slightly disappointing. At first, there's a hint of alcohol smell, which initially made me hesitant to apply it generously, fearing it might strip away moisture like alcohol. However, despite the scent, it maintains hydration. It would be nicer if it had a fresh grape or lime fragrance to make application more enjoyable.

With 3% grape seed oil, I thought it would feel heavy, but it's surprisingly lightweight and moisturizing when applied.

1. Usually, products with oil cause blemishes for me, but I used this one without any issues. Unlike Primera's essence toner that caused breakouts in my T-zone, this product is light and didn't cause any blemishes.

2. Despite containing oil, the texture is lighter than expected, yet it maintains hydration for a long time. In the morning, when using only toner usually leaves my skin tight and dry, this product alone keeps it adequately moisturized without any deep dryness. While regular toners seem to evaporate quickly, this one absorbs well into the skin, feeling light and hydrating thanks to its small oil content.

3. In fall and winter, when my skin gets very dry, I'm cautious about layering essences and creams as they can cause pilling during makeup application. However, after applying this dual serum toner generously, followed by a light layer of essence and cream, my makeup went on smoothly without any pilling.

4. This product seems essential for winter use. Due to extreme dryness, I usually buy foreign brand toners with oil, but their textures can be heavy. This product, however, absorbs quickly, doesn't sit on the skin, and has just the right texture and moisture level.

To be honest, I didn't feel anything special at first, but as I'm writing this review, I realize my skin has become much calmer. I now consider it a good product!

I didn't find any downsides! However, the presence of oil might be a matter of personal preference for some users.

The product description called it an exfoliating toner, but since I have some dry areas, I used it as a hydrating toner! My skin was in a super sensitive state, but after about two weeks of use, my skin calmed down significantly. Perhaps due to the grapeseed oil content, it's not exactly a light and fresh-feeling toner. However, it's not heavy either! Despite containing oil, the texture leaves your skin feeling comfortably moisturized after application.

As the weather gets drier, try mixing this with your modeling mask instead of water! The quantity is a bit small, but it made my skin so wonderfully hydrated.

If you're sensitive to oils, it's essential to patch test first. My mom's skin became slightly red when we tested it on the inside of her arm.

Just the right amount of hydration! I have extremely dry skin, so I used it as a toner pack before makeup or transferred it to a spray bottle to use as a mist anytime. I was worried the oil might cause blemishes, but it was fine.

I do the 7-skin method with a water-based toner, and then apply this dual serum toner about twice. Once right after washing, and once again after drying my hair. I just want to be as hydrated as possible. On dry days, I even layer my cream two or three times to help my skin withstand the cold wind.

Since I tend to use toners generously, I feel the volume is a bit small. If I really had to nitpick, the only downside would be the small volume for the price.

Texture: In summer, I don't really notice tightness with just toner, but when the cold wind starts blowing, I feel dryness immediately after cleansing if I only apply toner, so I end up reapplying several times. That's why I've tried several shake-to-mix oil-infused toners, and the Biodance Micro Dual Serum Toner feels the lightest and most refreshing when applied. When I first received the product, I thought there was too little of the yellow oil layer, but comparing it to other products, I realized that too much oil can make your skin feel too greasy even before applying emulsion.

Packaging and container: Personally, I think it's better to dispense oil+water dual formulations onto your palm rather than using a mist-type container. When sprayed as a mist, it can leave slippery residue on the vanity and leave marks. I also worry about oil getting on my hair and clothes... With this product, I don't have to worry about that. They've also made it convenient for recycling by not attaching any stickers to the container.

I'm not sure if it's an issue with the cotton pads or if the toner evaporates quickly, but when I tried to use the toner mask for more than 5 minutes, it seemed to dry out rather fast.

Since being selected for The Hwahae Testers, I've been consistently using this toner as a mask every evening. I soak a cotton pad with the toner and leave it on for about 5 minutes. I also switched my cream when I started using this toner, and the combination seemed to work well together. I felt like my small blemishes were gradually subsiding with continued use. My routine was toner mask - aloe - cream. Even when the bottle is empty, I'm considering repurchasing if it continues to suit my skin well!

I felt my skin needed more hydration, so before applying this product, I used a hydrating toner, and then followed up with a hydrating serum on top.

Since the product feels rich, which was uncomfortable during the day, I used it as part of my nighttime skincare routine!

Not recommended for combination dehydrated skin. While it's excellent at addressing deep dryness, I found the grape seed oil felt like it was sitting on top of my skin, which was uncomfortable during the day. However, highly recommended for dry skin types!

Honestly, I wasn't sure how to deal with the grape seed oil floating on top. I ended up gently shaking to mix it before use.
