But it's amazingly hydrating - even one application leaves your skin feeling moisturized. It's more suitable for fall or winter rather than summer. Despite being a toner, it has surprisingly good moisturizing power. It might feel a bit heavy if used in summer. Applying it before your serum or ampoule makes your skin wonderfully hydrated and feels really good. The fragrance is quite strong and might be polarizing. Those sensitive to scents might want to avoid it. However, the scent does tend to dissipate quickly.
