First off, the price is incredibly affordable. I bought a set of two during a sale for just over 10,000 won. The texture is truly like water, completely fluid. But it's amazingly hydrating - even one application leaves your skin feeling moisturized. It's more suitable for fall or winter rather than summer. Despite being a toner, it has surprisingly good moisturizing power. It might feel a bit heavy if used in summer. Applying it before your serum or ampoule makes your skin wonderfully hydrated and feels really good. The fragrance is quite strong and might be polarizing. My skin is extremely dry and I have atopic dermatitis that flares up with many ingredients, but this product keeps my skin moisturized without causing any blemishes or irritation! Highly recommended for dry skin types! The only downside is that the hydration doesn't last for a very long time. I've used it for a long time, and while it doesn't seem to help with blemishes, it really does keep my skin hydrated. It has no effect on blemish-prone skin at all. This toner lives up to its name - it's genuinely, deeply hydrating. It's packed with moisture, and my skin doesn't feel dry even when I only use this toner. While it's not a light, refreshing formula, that's precisely why it's so wonderfully moisturizing and effective.

As someone with oily T-zone and cheeks, I find this product wonderfully lightweight and pleasant. However, it's not extremely hydrating, so those with dry skin might need to layer it with other products.

It's moisturizing and non-irritating. Not sticky at all. The price is so reasonable that I soak sheet masks in it and use them. It feels a bit dry for me since I have dry skin. It's a little too fresh and light for my liking. The price is so affordable that you can use it generously. I recommend it for students. It's gentle and suitable for everyday use.
