But it's amazingly hydrating - even one application leaves your skin feeling moisturized. It's more suitable for fall or winter rather than summer. Despite being a toner, it has surprisingly good moisturizing power. It might feel a bit heavy if used in summer. Applying it before your serum or ampoule makes your skin wonderfully hydrated and feels really good.
