The folliculitis began spreading from my back to my chest... ugh! It was itchy, uncomfortable, and unsightly, so I felt I needed to take drastic measures. I purchased this because it's said to be good for managing folliculitis. 1. Usage experience The texture feels slightly like egg whites, which is pleasant when using it. It's slippery and smooth, which feels nice. When you work up a rich lather and apply it to your face and body, then rinse off, your skin feels squeaky clean! 2. Scent The scent is just okay. But it's not unpleasant. 3. Effectiveness It's been a week of use! While I'm taking several measures simultaneously, so I can't pinpoint the exact cause, I feel like the folliculitis is starting to calm down.
ConsBecause of its slippery texture, you need to rinse thoroughly after use. Otherwise, it might be better to keep it in a separate soap dish. The price is a bit high for a soap.
TipFor folliculitis, I'm also using: A coix seed pack (raw coix seed powder + honey), and I'm drinking roasted coix seed tea. After using this Pyunkang Yul soap for cleansing, I apply a separate ointment for folliculitis management. To everyone struggling with this, let's fight folliculitis together!
