Before diving into the review, I should mention that I'm not entirely sure about my personal color, but I've been assuming I'm a warm autumn. However, coral and orange shades don't suit me well, so I usually layer a white-tinted pink blush over an orange one to tone it down. That's why I've been a fan of Rom&nd's Blueberry Nude. Since Blueberry Nude doesn't last long and comes in a small quantity, I was on the hunt for an alternative when I stumbled upon this product on Instagram and decided to give it a try. I bought it expecting a muted tone based on the filtered photos I saw, which led to some disappointment. So, I noticed quite a few drawbacks. Please keep this in mind as you read my review. Color: It reminds me of a slightly burnt sweet potato. It has more of a reddish undertone than I expected. I think it would look pretty when applied on its own. It's a bit too red and intense for layering. Staying power: Being a powder formula, it doesn't last long at all. It really disappears over time, and when I check the mirror later, I can hardly tell I applied any blush. Color: As I mentioned earlier, I bought this hoping for a muted tone to replace my nearly-empty Blueberry Nude, but it's quite saturated. If you're a fan of Blueberry Nude and expecting a similar muted effect, you might be disappointed. It's also quite pricey, so while I do use it occasionally to get my money's worth, I don't reach for it very often. Price: It's expensive. There's no other way to put it - it's just expensive. Complexion: The product might work better for those with a warmer undertone or those who prefer more vibrant blush colors. Texture: While not explicitly mentioned, powder blushes can be great for oily skin types as they help absorb excess oil. Application tip: For those who find it too intense, try using a light hand and building up the color gradually for a more natural flush. - sk*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 22, 2025
Clear and translucent color payoff The color applies like a watercolor, gently seeping into the skin for a natural, healthy-looking flush. Diverse color range With a wide selection of shades for both warm and cool undertones, you can choose the perfect match for your personal color. Impressive longevity The blush stays put from morning to evening, reducing the need for touch-ups throughout the day. Silky-smooth texture The finely-milled powder blends effortlessly with a brush, with minimal excess for a clean, polished finish. Room for improvement May be drying for dry skin The matte finish might feel slightly drying on dry skin types. Brush application recommended over fingers Applying with fingers can make it challenging to achieve an even application, so using a brush is advised. Pro tips Create custom shades through layering Experiment with layering different colors to create your own signature shade. Pair with highlighter Lightly dust a highlighter over the blush to add dimension to your face. Coordinate with lip products Match your blush with lip products in the same tone to elevate your overall makeup look. - ma*******Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 11, 2025
It's seriously beautiful! I highly recommend this to all the ladies out there. You absolutely must buy it! There's no excess powder flying around, so I don't really have any complaints! The only downside is that it's a bit pricey... - li*********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 10, 2025
The color is absolutely gorgeous. It looks beautiful even on autumn warm skin tones. Suitable for warm complexions. The staying power doesn't seem to be that great. Clinique lasts longer in terms of wear time. - 8y********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 9, 2025
This is honestly the ultimate blush of my life! It's absolutely amazing even for my super dry skin. The staying power is incredible, and the color payoff is just unreal - it transforms me into a perfect peach! This blush is insanely good. You'll regret not buying it. Don't hesitate, trust me and just go for it! There are no downsides! This blush is absolutely flawless! It's truly outstanding! It looks beautiful even when applied haphazardly. - mu************Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMay 9, 2025
A blush that gives a soft-focus effect. It has a lovely dusty finish. Recommended for cool winter tones, not for cool summer tones. The color in real life differs from the official website photos. - gc********Dehydrated SkinRecommendedApr 26, 2025
The powder particles are incredibly fine and evenly distributed, with no excess fallout. I really love how uniform the texture is. The blushed areas look so soft and delicate. The color isn't too intense, so it's very wearable and not overwhelming. There's nothing I dislike about it. I'll definitely keep using this product in the future! - 97******Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedApr 12, 2025
1. Smooth particle texture 2. Fine particles that don't clump on the skin 3. Excellent pigmentation, a little goes a long way 1. The fine particles can create some excess powder 2. Tends to cling to brushes a bit - ha***********Dry SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRednessRecommendedApr 8, 2025
Wow, this is surprisingly gorgeous! Who said the color payoff was weak? It's actually quite intense. First off, it's super smooth and blurs out pores like magic. The color is so unique, it creates an amazing vibe... For reference, I've only used cool-toned bright pink blushers before. This is definitely a holy grail blush I'll be repurchasing without a doubt! None. Wait, was there something? No, there's nothing. Oh, you mean now? No, really, there's nothing. - eo*******Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 3, 2025
It complements muted skin tones well, as I've heard. The color payoff is great and it applies smoothly. On my skin, it appears slightly reddish and goes on a bit intense. For the best look, I need to apply a light blush as a base and then use this sparingly as an accent. While it's pretty, the color and formula aren't particularly unique or outstanding. It feels a bit pricey at full cost, so I'd strongly recommend waiting for a sale before purchasing.
