I'm still using it without any trouble so far. I'll try to take good care of it!!
ConsNone! When your skin is first adapting, you should use it 2-3 times a week and apply it in an amount the size of a rice grain~~

I'll be with you forever😭 I used to use only niacinamide, but this is really good. The ultimate skin texture manager.... The next day, the bumps disappeared like my skin was wrapped in plastic, and it felt so taut that I was amazed.
ConsIf you use it more than the size of pea grains, the dead skin peels off like scales. Ugh, it's gross. This is my fault, but I have to fill in the disappointing parts, so I use it....

I had wanted to try the COSRX Retinol product, and the cream type was a good fit for my dry skin. I prefer the cream type over the pump or dropper type because it's simpler to use. I also like the packaging, and I think it's better for the environment in terms of recycling. Even though I use only a small amount, the compact size is convenient. I've been using retinol products for a while, and I know this one has the same 0.3% concentration. Since I've experienced retinol irritation before, I was very cautious in my approach. The instructions recommend using it every other day, but that's a bit inconvenient for my daily routine, so I've been using a smaller amount daily instead. However, even with that caution, I still experienced retinol irritation on the third day. I think this product is more potent than other 0.3% retinol products. The peeling and flaking were quite intense and painful. I really have to be super careful with the amount - just a tiny bit, not even pea-sized. But as the irritation subsides, my skin is starting to improve. I'm glad I stuck with the retinol. The packaging, efficacy, and formula are all great, so I'll likely continue to purchase this product.
ConsThis product is so much more powerful than other products, but the pea-sized amount that comes out each time makes it difficult to control the dosage.
TipIf you experience retinol irritation, immediately discontinue use and apply a soothing mask, gentle calming toner, and rich, soothing moisturizer. Also, be sure to use a gentle mineral sunscreen when going out. Once the symptoms have subsided, you can start using a very small amount again, mixing it into your moisturizer.
