My T-zone was incredibly oily. Even dermatologist visits didn't help. But after using this, I've seen significant improvement. It's not a complete cure, but I'm definitely seeing results. For those with oily or combination skin who struggle with excess sebum, I highly recommend giving this a try! It has an artificial fragrance. Might be difficult to use on its own. Absolutely not recommended for those with dry skin. It's quite thick, so you'll need some time to get used to it. I've been using this for three months now. It's great as a recovery cream after dermatologist visits, and the texture isn't too heavy, so I can even use it during the day.
