I adapted to it with almost no initial reaction. (Highly recommend as a starter retinol for sensitive skin!) • Improved pores & skin texture From the second week, I noticed slightly smaller pores around my chin and a definite improvement in skin smoothness. The difference is palpable! • Provides some deep hydration For a retinol product, it's quite moisturizing. I didn't experience much dryness even when used alone. This product breaks the stereotype that retinol equals dryness. • Texture that fits easily into evening routines It's a serum, but not too runny - more of a gel-essence hybrid texture that's easy to apply without pilling. • Wrinkle improvement is a long-term game No noticeable changes for deep wrinkles yet, only seeing improvements in fine lines and texture. Typical for retinol, it probably needs 2-3 months for more definitive results. • Daytime use prohibited (many precautions) Due to retinol's nature, it's for evening use only, and sunscreen is a must the next day! The many precautions required me to simplify my skincare routine. • Even for sensitive skin, recommend every other day use for the first week No matter how gentle, retinol is still retinol! Initially, use it every other day and always pair with a moisturizer to avoid side effects and adapt well. • Highly recommend combining with a 'hydrating, soothing ampoule + vita-retinol'! My routine: Centella ampoule for soothing → vita-retinol → moisturizer. Thanks to this, I've seen texture improvements without irritation. • Start with every other day, using a pea-sized amount To adapt without irritation, starting with a small amount is crucial. Especially remember to avoid the eye and mouth areas!

Since I typically use retinol mostly in the evening, even a small amount seems to last quite a while. I've tried both high-concentration retinol and retinal, but MediCube's retinol has a subtle scent and a light texture that doesn't run like water - it's more of a serum consistency. It absorbs smoothly without any stickiness. I love how my skin feels hydrated even until the morning! I couldn't find any notable reasons to not recommend it. The only downside might be the quantity for the price, which is a bit disappointing. I had no issues using this product because I gradually increased from 0.1% to 0.3% with other brands, allowing my skin to adapt well. Highly recommended for those with extremely dry skin. Even a small amount spreads smoothly over the entire face, and it provides excellent hydration. The effects are amazing! I've been using it lately, and I've noticed a significant reduction in skin texture. Overall, my complexion just feels improved. It's great for acne scars and improving skin texture. I was scared to start using retinol, so I only used it on the left side of my face for a month, and the red marks reduced significantly. I thought it might be too gentle to be effective, but my skin improved more than expected overall. Now I'm even considering trying stronger retinol products. While it's nicely moisturizing, some might find it a bit rich. In summer, I skip my regular moisturizer and use this alone. This is a gentle retinol that's safe to use all over your face. It improves overall skin condition, effectively addressing concerns like blemishes, pores, and elasticity. Remember to give your skin a break by skipping application about twice a week!

A gentle retinol product that's not harsh on the skin. I switched to this after using Primera Vita-tinol, and it feels less intense. After applying it before bed, I wake up with that characteristic brightened look. It's suitable for beginners to use. There is a slight drying effect. Since it's not a high concentration, it would be great if they could increase the volume so it can be applied daily. I received this as a free gift, so I didn't know how much it cost. I applied it evenly all over my face, but it turns out to be quite pricey for the amount. It might be better to use it sparingly on specific areas. There's a slight stickiness to it. When I look in the mirror in the morning, it seems like my skin is peeling, but I wonder if that's just old skin shedding to make way for new skin underneath. It reminds me of how my skin reacted when I used Stievaa. The amount is so small! Even with a discount it's expensive, and without a discount it's even pricier. With only 30ml, it's not enough to cover the entire face, haha!
