This perfume has a distinct hinoki wood scent. I was looking for a woody fragrance for this winter, but I wanted something unique rather than the usual options. That's when I discovered this perfume. I first sampled it at Olive Young, and while the hinoki scent didn't appeal to me initially, it kept lingering in my mind. The main note is hinoki, with a slightly bitter undertone. I think this bitterness helps counteract the sometimes childish feel of lower-priced perfumes. It's not a burnt smell, but rather a soft, feminine smokiness. It's perfect for fall and winter wear. The price point in the 70,000 won range is quite steep for a student like me. The longevity is also a bit disappointing, lasting only about 3 hours or so. I'd recommend this to those who find niche perfumes too expensive but are unsatisfied with cheaper options. It's a scent that would suit someone in their mid to late 20s well. It's still relatively unknown, which is great if you want to avoid wearing the same fragrance as others. - so*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedOct 1, 2024
Slow September is the perfect scent for days when you're wearing a crisp white shirt So far, I haven't found anything disappointing about using this product - sa*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 7, 2024
I used to dislike woody scents, but this product completely changed my mind. When first sprayed, there's a strong hinoki aroma, but after about 30 minutes, it transforms into a cozy soap scent that leaves a delightful lingering fragrance. Personally, I found overly deep woody scents gave me headaches, but the hinoki aroma feels refreshing and comforting, making it perfect for winter wear. Interestingly, as the weather has become milder, I've noticed the scent profile changes slightly - the woody notes become more prominent while the cozy soap scent becomes more subtle. It's fascinating how the fragrance adapts! I can't really think of any drawbacks. It's a pleasantly calm scent without any rough edges, which I really appreciate. - gk********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 1, 2024
It has a clean, simple scent reminiscent of barley tea. The aroma is rich, subtle, and soothing with a gentle grain fragrance. I love that it's unique without being overpowering. There's a hint of woody notes and a slight powdery scent. What's really great is the absence of that harsh alcohol smell you often find in perfumes. The scent lingers on clothes even until the next day if you spray it once.
