It feels refreshing on the scalp without being harsh, and it cleanses really well The only downside is that it feels a bit pricey for a shampoo - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMay 6, 2025
It has great cleansing effectiveness and feels refreshing, which works well for my oily scalp The price is a bit high, and it's not easy to identify genuine products, so I ended up buying from the official website - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 6, 2025
Overall, I'm very satisfied! The cleansing effectiveness was great. Everything else is fine, but if I had to nitpick, it's a bit disappointing that it makes my hair feel stiff. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMay 5, 2025
The feel of this product was quite refreshing. The formula is clear and slightly runny, but it lathers well and has decent cleansing effectiveness. Sometimes, if a shampoo is too strong, it can irritate the scalp, but this product seemed to control oil nicely without causing much irritation. Right after use, my scalp felt lighter and well-groomed. Personally, I found the cooling effect to be almost non-existent. Despite the 'Fresh' in its name, I barely felt any coolness. In fact, it felt less cooling than other shampoos containing menthol. The scent might be quite divisive. Rather than a subtle green tea fragrance, it's more of an herbal aroma with a hint of aromatherapy. It's not artificial, but it might not suit everyone's taste. I found it okay during use, but the scent didn't linger long, which was fine for me. The most disappointing aspect was its oil control. I have a typical oily scalp, and I noticed oil building up again just a day after use. It doesn't completely suppress sebum production, so I felt the need to wash my hair daily to keep my scalp feeling balanced. While individual results may vary, those with very oily scalps should keep this in mind. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinApr 22, 2025
The cleansing effectiveness is excellent. The subtle green tea scent is pleasant and not overpowering. It seems a bit on the pricier side, but other than that, I don't find any major drawbacks. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinFeb 24, 2025
This scalp shampoo has excellent cleansing effectiveness, making it great for oily scalps or students going through puberty who find their hair smelling quickly after washing! It has a cooling effect, and the fragrance is refreshingly pleasant. Since it's a scalp shampoo, your hair might feel a bit stiff after use. For those with oily scalps, I've found it's best to use this shampoo on the scalp line and a separate treatment for the hair lengths. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinJan 27, 2025
Great cleansing effectiveness. I like it. It contains fragrance. The scent is pleasant and gives a comfortable feeling. Refreshing cleansing power. Cool sensation. Fragrance. I love it. It's so good that I want to buy it again. It cleanses thoroughly and leaves my skin in good condition. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJan 6, 2025
As someone with thick hair, I often struggle to lather shampoos, but this one produces a rich foam even with a small amount. It also has excellent cleansing effectiveness. It leaves my hair feeling a bit stiff, and it's on the pricier side. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinDec 11, 2024
The cleansing effectiveness and lather are all fine. Overall, it's just a decent product. The price difference between official stores and online retailers like Coupang is quite significant, which makes it a bit ambiguous. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinOct 10, 2024
I bought this green tea shampoo through a hair salon. As someone with an oily scalp prone to hair loss, I had high hopes for it. The cleansing power for the scalp is excellent while maintaining moisture without drying out. My hair texture stayed soft and didn't become a mess. It seems like a product I'd use well if it suits me. Strangely, when I use this, some kind of particles appear on my scalp that aren't dandruff. I never had this before... No matter how much I rinse, it's the same, but when I stopped using the shampoo, they disappeared. I guess it doesn't agree with me. This product isn't officially sold online, so be careful when buying from the internet as you might end up with a Chinese counterfeit if you're not careful. Rather than trying to save money and risking getting a fake online, I recommend buying it from a salon even if it's more expensive. I bought mine through an acquaintance for $25.
