I've been using this top-tier product for seborrheic dermatitis for two years now. I have an oily scalp and have tried Head & Shou* products and a few expensive oily scalp shampoos, but I always come back to this one. Putting aside price and feel, the most important thing is that my scalp doesn't itch. For some reason, this is the only product that keeps my scalp itch-free. Just getting rid of seborrheic dermatitis can really improve your quality of life. While it's good for the scalp, it doesn't seem to be great for the hair. Compared to other shampoos, it noticeably makes my hair dry and stiff. Still, I'd rather have that than an itchy scalp. The Amos hair pack is also decent, but it's light so I only use it in summer. Usually, I use it along with Moremo treatment. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 16, 2025
There are no scalp troubles. I purchased it on Coupang because it was said to be simple hair loss prevention and have a light, good feel. In reality, it has a good feel and is an excellent product for hair loss prevention. None. No trouble occurs, and it alleviates hair loss and gives vitality to the hair. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 18, 2025
I've been using this shampoo for years now. In my 20s, I struggled with hair loss, but this shampoo really helped me. My hair fall has noticeably reduced. It leaves my scalp feeling refreshed and cool. Those with oily scalps will likely be satisfied. Though the price can be a bit steep, I've tried other products but always end up coming back to this one. The price varies wildly. Recently, it seems the original packaging has changed and it's become much more expensive. I wish they'd lower the price. Also, it makes your hair quite stiff, so you'll definitely need a separate conditioner! For a refreshing scalp, I wash my hair with this shampoo but don't rinse it out immediately. Instead, I shower my body first, then rinse my scalp. It leaves you feeling incredibly refreshed! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinNov 17, 2024
I was searching for a shampoo specifically for hair loss when a friend recommended this. It seems to work well for oily scalps. My hair feels smooth and manageable even without using conditioner. As for hair loss... well, I'm still shedding hair. It's hard to tell if this is just a normal hair cycle or actual hair loss... - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinNov 11, 2024
- Reduced flat hair: Even after daily washing, my scalp used to get greasy by evening, but this has significantly improved. - Cooling effect: The cooling sensation while shampooing was great for relieving scalp heat. - Alleviated scalp itchiness - Scalp blemishes: I didn't notice, but every time I went to the salon after using this shampoo, they mentioned blemishes on my scalp. They explained it was due to the strong cleansing power drying out the scalp. - Scalp pain: I occasionally experienced a throbbing pain in parts of my scalp. Due to scalp irritation, those with super sensitive skin should probably avoid using this. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinOct 10, 2024
I bought this green tea shampoo through a hair salon. As someone with an oily scalp prone to hair loss, I had high hopes for it. The cleansing power for the scalp is excellent while maintaining moisture without drying out. My hair texture stayed soft and didn't become a mess. It seems like a product I'd use well if it suits me. Strangely, when I use this, some kind of particles appear on my scalp that aren't dandruff. I never had this before... No matter how much I rinse, it's the same, but when I stopped using the shampoo, they disappeared. I guess it doesn't agree with me. This product isn't officially sold online, so be careful when buying from the internet as you might end up with a Chinese counterfeit if you're not careful. Rather than trying to save money and risking getting a fake online, I recommend buying it from a salon even if it's more expensive. I bought mine through an acquaintance for $25. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinMay 3, 2024
I tried this after my hairstylist recommended it, and it's amazing! It's not like you'll suddenly grow new hair after using it for about 3 months, but it feels like your existing hair becomes thicker! This seems to reduce hair loss too, haha. I have oily hair, so I use the one for oily scalp, but if you don't, the dry scalp version would be great for you. There's nothing bad to say! The packaging used to be a bit unattractive before, but since they've redesigned it, it now feels like a stylish interior decoration piece, which I love. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 21, 2024
I noticed my once luscious locks were shedding more frequently, so I decided to switch to a product with better ingredients before it was too late. Since using this, I've experienced less hair fall. As a bonus, it provides a subtle cooling effect in the summer, which is quite refreshing. While there's nothing particularly disappointing about it, I wouldn't call it my holy grail product. It's more like something I'd come back to occasionally after trying other options. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinFeb 28, 2024
I've been using this consistently. It's really effective for seborrheic dermatitis on the scalp. There's hardly anything inconvenient about it. If I had to nitpick, maybe it's the price due to the brand name? - Hwahae UserCombination SkinFeb 25, 2024
My scalp feels refreshed. Since using this shampoo, it seems like my scalp is less itchy..? However, it does make my hair feel a bit stiff. Conditioner is a must!
