There's a noticeable difference in how visible the redness is when you apply this first versus not using it at all. It covers redness very effectively. However, if you don't have issues with redness, other brightening moisturizers would work just fine (there aren't any other standout benefits besides addressing redness).
ConsIt's not extremely drying, but it can leave the skin feeling a bit parched. Also, if you don't apply it in a thin layer, it may cause your makeup to pill.

I mix it with Pimong Shevie BB cream, which tends to be a bit dark, but this base evens out my skin tone nicely. The absorbs well, and whenever I do my makeup this way, I always get compliments on how good my skin looks!
ConsI have combination skin, and while it was fine in summer, it feels a bit drying now that winter's here. It improves if I apply a more hydrating skincare routine underneath.
TipMixing the Watercolor Base with Pimong Shevie BB cream is a winning combination for achieving that 'good skin' look.

When I use this, it definitely brightens my complexion, making my blush look more vibrant and beautiful.
ConsUsing it alone can feel a bit drying. I noticed it slightly settled into my fine lines.
