I've seen EverGlow P'Stro everywhere, not just with Kim Sejeong, and heard so many good things from friends that I finally gave in and bought it! ✔️ Recognized as a health functional food With inner beauty products, you need to research carefully as they're often over-marketed. But this one stands out as it's officially recognized as a health functional food, unlike many competitors. I love that it contains not just P'Stro but also 1000mg of vitamin C, so I don't need to take separate vitamins. ✔️ Taste It's deliciously tangy! Kind of like Lemona? Usually, no matter how good these things claim to taste, they're never really like a drink, so I just think of them as medicine. But P'Stro is genuinely refreshing and tasty! You can take the powder straight or mix it with water. I prefer mixing it with water as I get to increase my water intake and it tastes better. Especially with ice - it's so refreshing and not bitter at all! Without ice, the taste is a bit less pronounced. I highly recommend adding ice cubes! ✔️ Complexion improvement After about 6 months of use, I can't say my skin tone completely changed. However, my complexion definitely seems clearer! I think it's probably because I'm drinking more water and getting the benefits of P'Stro and vitamins. Don't expect dramatic changes like in the ads... you might be disappointed. After 6 months of consistent use, I felt a bit saturated, so I'm taking a break now. But I do plan to start taking it again! ✔️ Price These inner beauty products are so expensive these days... For my brightening routine: In the morning, I use a Vitamin C ampoule and arbutin (ISOI Rose Serum) followed by sunscreen. In the evening, I use retinol and niacinamide (The Witch Factory) ampoules. Taking one sachet each morning seems to make my face look clearer! ✅ I often hear people say I've gotten fairer, but it's hard to attribute this solely to P'STRO. I think it's thanks to my brightening routine + P'STRO + Vitamin C + frequent sunscreen application + 2L of water daily. If you're going to invest in this product, I recommend paying attention to other skincare steps too for best results 👍 The price is quite steep and can be a burden... While I did see results, as a college student, it's a bit too expensive for me 😢 Olive Young sells 10-sachet packs (priced under 20,000 won). It's convenient to take, and while the brightening effect isn't dramatic, I feel like it's there! As someone who bought this inner beauty product looking for brightening effects, I was more satisfied with this than other vitamin products. If you're willing to spend a bit more for results, I think it's worth trying! I'm not sure if the price is justified compared to its effectiveness... While it's true that we're buying it for other brightening ingredients as well, I feel it's quite expensive for its vitamin content when considering basic nutritional supplementation.
