As someone with acne-prone skin that often experiences blemishes, I found this product gentle and non-irritating, making it great to use! I used it alongside an electric cleansing brush and other Feld Apotheke products like their ampoule and cream, which seems to have helped improve my acne. Since it's not specifically for exfoliation, I'd recommend using it with an exfoliating cleanser for best results! While it's definitely good, I'm currently going through puberty and don't drink much water or avoid touching my face, so I didn't feel the effects were amazing. However, I think those who take better care of their skin would see even more impressive results! The quantity feels a bit small for daily use. Even before using it, I felt like my skin was going to be purified. * Texture: It has a slightly runny, transparent, and rich gel-like consistency. It reminded me of aloe soothing gel. When I applied it to my skin, it felt like it was enveloping my face, giving me that 'Wow, it's like I'm doing an herbal mask!' sensation. Surprisingly, it doesn't lather up much. At first, I was a bit confused, but then I realized that instead of fluffy foam, this cleanser adheres to the skin like a soothing gel, providing a thorough cleanse. Thanks to this, its cleansing effectiveness was quite good. * Cleansing power: I tried using it without a first cleanse, just on my basic skincare, sunscreen, and lip product. It removed everything quite well! While it might struggle with eye makeup, for someone like me who doesn't wear heavy makeup often, this product is perfect! I've used other foaming cleansers before, but they left my skin dry and tight. The Phyto Calm Cleanser, however, doesn't cause much tightness after washing, and it's even helped improve my blemishes! It effectively removes basic makeup and sebum, leaving my skin feeling comfortable without any dryness or tightness after cleansing. It's like a two-in-one product, acting as both a cleanser and a mask. It's gentle on the eyes, non-irritating, and works wonders for blemish care. The only downside is that I tend to use it up quickly, so I wish the volume was a bit more generous. Other than that, no complaints.
