The moisturizing feel absorbs quickly, so it doesn't pill or leave residue on the skin. As moisturizing as it is, it disappears too quickly... Rather than the feel being disappointing, it's more that it fades away too fast... I've lost count of how many times I've repurchased this product since first buying it for my husband! I highly recommend this lip balm to anyone looking for a non-sticky formula that gives your lips a beautiful rosy tint! There's honestly not a single thing I can fault about this product! I thought it would be great if men's lip balms had a very subtle hint of color that wouldn't be noticeable, and this product has completely filled that gap that I was missing. I'll likely continue using it for a while. As you can see from my reviews, I'm a guy who really loves lip balms. I'm always trying to keep my lips moisturized. Color payoff: 5/5 I'm a cool-toned man with fair skin. While orange-based tints are a big no-no for me, this one has a reddish-pink base that perfectly matches my complexion. I dare say that a moderate color payoff without looking like you've been eating berries is the top priority for men's tinted lip balms. (I also use the Bready cushion, and they work great together.) Hydration: 4/5 Moisture is really important to me. I usually dislike the matte, staining feel typical of tinted lip balms (that's why I didn't use Bready's product before it was reformulated). This one, however, addresses the drawbacks of tinted lip balms more than it emphasizes their strengths, and I'm really satisfied using it. It's nicely hydrating. Overall: Rather than maximizing strengths, this product seems to have excellently compensated for the weaknesses of tinted lip balms. I think I'll stick with this one too. Compared to other brands, it has great absorption, hydration, and color payoff. It feels less like 'I've put something on my lips' - more natural and less noticeable. The mint scent might be off-putting for men who don't like mint. For a natural-looking application, apply a long stroke on your lower lip, then dab twice on the protruding part of your upper lip. I gave this as a gift to my guy friend with some leftovers, and he absolutely loved it! Seems like it's known as a great lip balm among men. I haven't tried it myself, but hearing that guys find it hard to buy because of the price made me think, 'Oh, this must be pretty good!' The price point might be a bit of a barrier for men looking to purchase this lip balm.

The most significant aspects are its moderate color payoff and moisturizing formula. Most other tinted lip balms tend to be matte. It applies with a natural color that's not too intense. The moisturizing effect is excellent. You need to reapply after a while, and it can make your skin look a bit shiny.
