I'm almost through a whole bottle. Since I have dry skin, I always use a milk cleanser. It's a gentle product that doesn't cause irritation, so I've never experienced any sensitivity. I think those with dry skin would really like this. I wouldn't recommend it if your goal is to remove blackheads. On days when I wear makeup, using just a milk cleanser isn't enough. - qb*****Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 4, 2025
It's great for cleansing with intense hydration and no irritation. Your skin will likely become healthier. There's nothing to complain about. It meets all my standards in every aspect. As always, effective cleansing starts with thoroughly washed hands. - kz*****Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 24, 2025
Great value for money I think the biggest advantage of the Dermafactory brand is its cost-effectiveness. I loved that it has a large volume for a price under 10,000 won. Excellent cleansing effectiveness I always wear sunscreen, so I'm someone who needs to use cleansing milk and oil as a must. When I only use a cleanser, no matter how good it is, I tend to break out if it doesn't clean well enough. But when I used this product as a first step before cleansing, my blemishes noticeably decreased. Thinking back to when my skin was always at its best, I realized I was using Dermafactory cleansing milk daily. Gentle on skin Even when I had skin irritation, it didn't sting at all. It felt really mild and silky smooth on my skin. I bought it solely for cleansing purposes, so I don't have any major complaints... However, I didn't see significant results when it came to blackheads. - cw****Oily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 4, 2025
It's incredibly gentle and hydrating. The price is quite reasonable, and you get a generous amount, making it perfect for daily use. It doesn't manage sebum well, and it's not very effective for blackhead control. On days when I've applied a lot of mineral sunscreen, it seems to struggle with thorough cleansing. When using chemical sunscreen, I use this cleanser most days, but I switch to a cleansing oil once or twice a week for a deeper clean. - ap******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinEnlarged PoresRednessApr 20, 2025
Hmm... it feels like it might be gentle? I have a feeling it could work for me... *sigh* Personally, I didn't find a single thing to like about this... It's heartbreaking. If you look at my reviews, you'll see I'm a huge fan of Dermafactory, so I decided to try their cleansing milk too, but oh no... It was truly irritating. I think this might be the most irritating cleansing milk I've ever used. Compared to B***, M***, D***, and ***water - four other cleansing milks - this one caused the most irritation for me. B*** even has AHA acids, so you'd think it might be more irritating, but why does this one bother my skin more? I had to cleanse again with something else... While I absolutely love Dermafactory's Heartleaf Cleansing Water, it's so disappointing that this doesn't suit me. I usually get along well with panthenol, which is partly why I bought this, but I was shocked when I got blemishes just one minute after cleansing. I'm really hoping my skin doesn't react any further. I'm quite worried now... For those with sensitive skin, I'd strongly recommend patch testing on one cheek first before applying it all over your face. If you experience any irritation, try cleansing again very gently with a cleanser that suits you well, working up a lather. On that day, apply a rich barrier cream... I kept getting blemishes from using cleansing oils, so I bought this gentle cleansing milk while searching for a milder option. As described, it contains only necessary ingredients and leaves skin hydrated. After using it, I'm satisfied because I haven't experienced any blemishes and my skin feels moisturized. It's also great value compared to other cleansing milks. Since it focuses on hydration, it's not very effective at removing blackheads or excess sebum. There's a slightly slippery feeling after use, but it's fine if you follow up with a second cleanse. - fu*********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJan 1, 2025
The photo shows the full product. I have combination skin with an oily T-zone and a U-zone so dry it often peels. I usually use mineral sunscreen, so I always do a double cleanse. However, using cleansing oil every time can be bothersome, so I often opt for cleansing milk. As a cleansing milk, this product seems to do its job diligently. It cleanses thoroughly without leaving residue, so when my skin feels particularly dry, I sometimes cleanse with just this milk. Overall, it's a product that can be used comfortably without any issues. Since my T-zone is oily, I'm quite concerned about blackheads, but this product doesn't remove them at all. If you're worried about blackheads, I'd recommend using B brand's cleansing balm instead. Cleansing milk is really more suited for those with dry skin. - di**********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRednessRecommendedDec 30, 2024
It's affordable, doesn't have any strange scents, and causes no irritation when rubbed in. It doesn't cause any blemishes. After use, there's a slippery feeling, so I follow up with a cleansing foam (Make P:rem Low pH) for a second cleanse. With this double cleansing, I feel the cleansing effectiveness is good (I usually only use Fusidin sunscreen). - dh******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 28, 2024
The price is incredibly reasonable, and it's gentle with zero irritation and very hydrating! I think it might be the most affordable cleansing milk in terms of quantity-to-price ratio. It's even cheaper than Sidmool. However, while it's more moisturizing than Sidmool, its cleansing effectiveness is slightly lower. As mentioned on the product details page, due to the nature of cleansing milk products, its cleansing power is not as strong. It would likely suit those who wear light makeup. The packaging is so pretty, it brightens up your bathroom just by being there! - je*********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 7, 2024
Best bang for your buck!!! Cleansing - I always double cleanse, so I didn't experience any inconvenience! Texture - The texture is similar to typical cleansing milks. Feel - It's a thin emulsion that rolls on smoothly, which is great. Plus, your skin feels hydrated after cleansing! Cleansing - Don't expect it to remove a full face of makeup on its own!!
