The more you use, the softer your hair becomes. Especially those stubborn ends that were once stiff become noticeably calmer. There's less tangling too, so brushing is much less stressful. Perhaps because my hair is long, I need to use quite a bit for it to soften. I find myself using about 5 pumps each time. While the fragrance is pleasant, it doesn't last very long. After drying my hair, only a subtle scent remains. After shampooing, gently squeeze out excess water, then apply a generous amount from the mid-lengths to the ends of your hair. Rinse it out towards the end of your shower routine. From the time I bleached my hair until I was left with only natural hair, it was a staple for n years. Even with a broom-like hairstyle, using only this product made it calm and easy to brush. I would apply it generously like a hair pack, wear a hair cap, leave it on for a while, and then rinse it off to make my hair softer. The pump doesn't seem to be working, and in the remaining section, I have to flip it over and give it a push to get it out... It seems like I've been using it in this state for about a month. Even though there's still quite a bit left, having to use it for another month is a bit of a hassle and annoying. While it may be because I've used it for too long, it's not exactly great, just a so-so item.
