Pros
The product had an incredibly thick, creamy consistency. As soon as I applied it to my face, I felt an immediate cooling sensation, which I really enjoyed. And since I've been using blackhead extractors and pads, the area around my nose has become a bit irritated.

I was surprised to find a super creamy and milky ampoule instead of just a regular toner pad! But it's so much better than a regular pad.
