* I used this product in my morning and evening skincare routine, right after the toner * Top-notch absorption: While it's not entirely water-like, the texture has a slight viscosity that makes it glide on effortlessly and absorb quickly! Personally, I love this type of formula, and among the serums I've used recently, this one has been the most satisfying. Excellent hydration: Despite its lightweight texture, I thought it might evaporate quickly, but it actually does a great job at combating deep dryness. In the current season, I don't feel any tightness at all when I apply just this serum after my toner! For winter, layering it twice would probably work wonders. Great value for money: The current Hwahae price for two 50ml bottles is 17,900 won. At just under 8,000 won per bottle, I think it's the epitome of value for money, given its smooth application, quick absorption, hydrating power, and fresh finish.
Cons
No matter how much I think about it, I can't find any downsides. My serum at home is running low, so I'm planning to snag this during Hwahae Week!

I think people who like a lightweight feel will enjoy it. It's fast-absorbing and has a refreshing texture. +Versatile product It's not specialized in one area, but it covers the basics of hydration and moisture maintenance, as well as some additional benefits like soothing, barrier strengthening, sebum control, and brightening. Those with dry skin may find it somewhat lacking. +Recommended for sensitive combination skin It can help soothe redness, and the formulation seems to be designed to minimize irritation. It doesn't irritate my skin and works well for me. However, individual sensitivity to ingredients like centella or sphingomonas ferment should be checked. +Good value product When purchased on Hwahae, it's an excellent value product. Cons
The dryness is noticeable I used only the serum and cream, without comparing it to other products. I have combination skin, and over time, the dryness becomes noticeable from the sides of my cheeks to the U-line of my chin. Using it alone doesn't quite meet my skin's needs.

This essence has a very fluid texture. There's hardly any scent, and I love how it absorbs quickly and lightly when applied. Personally, I don't prefer thick, sticky essences, so I'm extremely satisfied with this one. When I apply it generously before bed, my skin texture is absolutely amazing the next day! It doesn't cause any blemishes at all. It's gentle and hydrating.
