After replacing only the serum in my skincare routine, I experienced itching, tightness, and a tingling sensation indicative of deep dryness within 3-4 hours. As a result, I've had to discontinue use. The shipping process was frustratingly slow and lacking in communication. I ordered on the 9th, and delivery wasn't completed until the 13th, with no updates in between. I left an inquiry on the product information page, but the seller has yet to respond. If I hadn't been able to confirm the shipping status and reason for delay through Hwahae's customer service, I would have cancelled my order.

I have super sensitive, atopic-prone skin, but experienced no unusual irritation when first using this product. The formula is rich in hydration and highly concentrated, yet has a low viscosity, allowing it to apply smoothly without feeling sticky.

Texture: 
Serums and ampoules are different, right? I always thought ampoules were a bit sticky while serums were thinner and more refreshing. 
This serum is thinner than an ampoule, even more fluid than a runny texture. 
It has a lightweight consistency that seems like it will absorb well.
Even though I have oily skin, I could layer it twice - apply, absorb, apply, absorb - 
and still feel comfortable moisture without any heaviness.

Ingredients: 
While I use perfume, I really dislike fragrances in skincare products. It just feels like it might be bad for the skin.
The ingredients are free from harmful substances! I love that they didn't add unnecessary artificial fragrances. Why do toners, serums, creams, and sheet masks need fragrance anyway?

Application: 
Despite my oily skin, there's no stickiness! It's moisturizing and great for hydration.
This would be perfect for combination dehydrated skin types.
I think it would work well for dry skin too.
In short, it has a non-sticky, hydrating texture that absorbs well.

I didn't use it daily, so I can't personally vouch for the pore benefits.

For those seeking intense hydration, it might be beneficial to use this alongside other hyaluronic acid products!

Following up on point 2 of the advantages, while this serum does an excellent job of preserving skin moisture, I didn't feel it provided significantly more hydration compared to other hyaluronic acid products. In other words, if other hyaluronic acid products hydrate and then dry out leaving the skin feeling parched, this serum hydrates and then dries without much of that dryness. The level of initial hydration felt similar. While I'm satisfied with this, I would have been even more impressed if it provided noticeably more hydration than other products!

1. When dispensed, it doesn't drip but spreads easily on the face with a slightly slippery feel, indicating excellent absorption! It seems to strike the perfect balance.
2. It preserves skin hydration wonderfully! As someone who prioritizes 'avoiding dryness' in skincare, I usually apply hyaluronic acid toner 2-3 times. With toners, I had to reapply quickly before the skin dried out (or absorbed it), which was inconvenient. However, this product, being a serum specialized in moisture replenishment with hyaluronic acid, allowed me to apply just one layer of toner followed by the serum. Even after ample time for absorption, my face barely felt dry! Normally, I'd only achieve this feeling after applying cream. I'm satisfied that it effectively delivers on its promised function!
3. I appreciated that it's fragrance-free. I don't particularly enjoy scented cosmetics, so I liked that this product is odorless.
