Pros
I have super sensitive, atopic-prone skin, but experienced no unusual irritation when first using this product. The formula is rich in hydration and highly concentrated, yet has a low viscosity, allowing it to apply smoothly without feeling sticky.
Cons
The product feels excessively slippery and absorbs very slowly. After replacing only the serum in my skincare routine, I experienced itching, tightness, and a tingling sensation indicative of deep dryness within 3-4 hours. As a result, I've had to discontinue use. The shipping process was frustratingly slow and lacking in communication. I ordered on the 9th, and delivery wasn't completed until the 13th, with no updates in between. I left an inquiry on the product information page, but the seller has yet to respond. If I hadn't been able to confirm the shipping status and reason for delay through Hwahae's customer service, I would have cancelled my order.

Pros
The thermal water in this product works wonders for my skin - it's incredibly hydrating and gentle. The active ingredients are well-balanced, not too overwhelming, making it perfect for sensitive skin! I'm already on my second bottle. The texture is a bit rich, so I'd recommend it more for dry skin types rather than oily. It's fantastic for deep dryness, and after using it consistently for over a month, I feel like my complexion has brightened. While no cosmetic can completely shrink enlarged pores, this one contains pore-improving ingredients that seem to help prevent them from getting worse.
Cons
It's on the pricier side, but if you keep an eye out online, you can occasionally find some great discounts!

Pros
It's so hydrating that it applies smoothly and is great for dry, dehydrated skin. When applied, it feels firm and helps makeup adhere well, making your skin look fantastic!
Cons
There aren't really any downsides, but if you apply a bit too much, you need to make sure it absorbs well into the skin.

Pros
Texture: Serums and ampoules are different, right? I always thought ampoules were a bit sticky while serums were thinner and more refreshing. This serum is thinner than an ampoule, even more fluid than a runny texture. It has a lightweight consistency that seems like it will absorb well. Even though I have oily skin, I could layer it twice - apply, absorb, apply, absorb - and still feel comfortable moisture without any heaviness. Ingredients: While I use perfume, I really dislike fragrances in skincare products. It just feels like it might be bad for the skin. The ingredients are free from harmful substances! I love that they didn't add unnecessary artificial fragrances. Why do toners, serums, creams, and sheet masks need fragrance anyway? Application: Despite my oily skin, there's no stickiness! It's moisturizing and great for hydration. This would be perfect for combination dehydrated skin types. I think it would work well for dry skin too. In short, it has a non-sticky, hydrating texture that absorbs well. Effects: The ads claim it's good for pores and strengthening the skin barrier. I didn't use it daily, so I can't personally vouch for the pore benefits. However, I did notice improvements in deep dryness and felt it helped strengthen my skin barrier.
Cons
The price point seems a bit high! There are many affordable options these days, and I don't usually buy expensive skincare products. I wish it were a bit more budget-friendly.
Tip
Even those with oily skin can layer it twice without stickiness, while staying hydrated. I highly recommend this for combination dehydrated skin types, not for extremely oily skin. It gives you that Inner Glow and makes your skin feel truly moisturized!

Pros
Texture and Hydration: I was previously using a popular serum from Olive Young that's also well-known on Hwahae. While it seemed gentle, the texture was too thin and light, which felt insufficient during these harsh, windy days. This serum, however, has a slight viscosity and definitely maintains moisture for longer! It's not as sticky as a runny nose, but the hydration really lasts! It doesn't leave any stickiness behind and does an excellent job of preventing deep dryness. I think it would be perfect to use alone without cream in the summer! Scent: There was no fragrance, which I was very satisfied with. Other: With my previous product, even when I squeezed the dropper tightly, only half would come up, requiring multiple pumps. This product, however, fills the dropper completely, making it convenient and enjoyable to use!
Cons
I didn't really find any downsides. If I had to pick something, they claim it has a pore-tightening effect, but that was difficult to visually confirm.

Abrie MSM Hot Spring Water Spa Serum - A Hwahae Testers' Pick! I've been using this consistently for over 10 days before writing this review. Texture: A water-like consistency that doesn't feel too viscous. Application: Absorbs quickly without any stickiness, perfect for morning skincare routines when you need that extra hydration. Sensitivity: As someone with super sensitive skin that typically reacts with tingling and irritation, especially around the nose area, I experienced absolutely no irritation with this product. Hydration: For those with very dry skin like mine, one layer might not be enough. I recommend layering it twice for a deeply moisturized finish without any deep dryness.
Cons
While there's nothing particularly negative to point out, if I had to mention something, it would be that despite emphasizing its pore-minimizing effects, I didn't notice any improvement in that area. It might be better to focus on its hydrating properties as its main strength!
Tip
For best results, apply generously on your cheeks and forehead, spreading it evenly. Allow some time for absorption, then gently pat another layer over your entire face for that coveted Inner Glow!

Pros
The application is wonderfully moisturizing and absorbs well, which I really loved. It doesn't cause any deep dryness and is perfect for hydration, but in terms of moisturizing... I feel it lacks a bit in the firmness department, which is slightly disappointing.
Cons
No matter how good an ampoule is, I'm sensitive to fragrances, so I prefer products that are close to being unscented. However, since this contains hot spring water, there's a slight sulfur-like scent, which I found a bit disappointing.
Tip
Rather than using the ampoule alone, it works better when you apply a collagen-based firming cream after the ampoule and then put on makeup. The skin absorbs it well this way!

Pros
The thermal spring water, rather than purified water, gives a more hydrating feel. It tackles deep dryness, keeping skin moisturized for longer. In the morning, I noticed significantly less tightness in my skin.
Cons
It takes quite a while to absorb fully. There's a slight stickiness before absorption, but once it's fully absorbed, the skin feels fresh.

Pros
I'm so grateful to be able to try such a great product as part of The Hwahae Testers. After having a baby, my skin became quite sensitive, but I don't have many blemishes and have combination skin leaning towards dry. First off, the texture is light and absorbs well with a hydrating feel. What I'm really, really happy about is that it's not sticky at all, which is super important to me. I really dislike when serums leave a sticky residue on my fingers after testing, but this one doesn't do that at all. Most importantly, the hydration is fantastic. I usually don't expect much moisture from a serum alone, but this one keeps my skin so plump and hydrated that I can skip my emulsion without any dryness or tightness. It's truly impressive how it seems to fill my skin with moisture. I typically switch up all my products when the seasons change, but I think I might be able to use this one on its own even in summer since it's not sticky at all.
Cons
I haven't found any downsides yet. I haven't tried many serums, so I initially thought it might be a bit pricey, but judging by the lack of complaints about the cost, I guess the price is actually quite reasonable.
