Make sure to clean the brush with a tissue or wet wipe after each use before putting it back! Personally, I first use this mascara remover, then follow up with a cotton pad soaked in cleansing water. It's so satisfying to see the mascara come off on the cotton pad! If you have any stubborn makeup that's hard to remove, I recommend trying a mascara remover. It seems to work well on difficult-to-remove eyeliners and lip products too!

I didn't have any issues with the product itself, but the ceramic packaging can be a bit fragile. I accidentally dropped it once, and while it didn't break completely, it did get a small crack which really startled me. Other than that, no complaints!

It's great for gently removing eye makeup when you've had an eyelash perm and can't vigorously wipe with oil pads.

The brush is much denser than expected, making it difficult to apply as the amount that actually gets on your skin is significantly less than what comes out. The brush actually scratches the eyelids, causing irritation. While I didn't feel any irritation inside my eyes, the area around them stung terribly after washing (seems it just doesn't suit me personally). I definitely don't want to repurchase this...
