It's so satisfying to see the mascara come off on the cotton pad! If you have any stubborn makeup that's hard to remove, I recommend trying a mascara remover. It seems to work well on difficult-to-remove eyeliners and lip products too!

I didn't have any issues with the product itself, but the ceramic packaging can be a bit fragile. I accidentally dropped it once, and while it didn't break completely, it did get a small crack which really startled me. Other than that, no complaints!
