The product is too mild, making it perfect for morning use. The amount being pumped is too little, so you have to press it two or three times to use it. - em******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMar 25, 2025
As someone who used to have severe atopic dermatitis and now has oily skin due to medication, I find this cleanser perfect. It's not too drying and cleanses my face without irritation. Though I only wear light makeup, it removes it surprisingly well. It doesn't lather much, which is great. I highly recommend this for those with super sensitive skin like mine. I wish the price was a bit more affordable. It's a bit expensive to purchase regularly. - oj*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRecommendedFeb 26, 2025
My dermatologist recommended this product because my skin barrier was severely compromised. Although it's a cream cleanser, it has a thin, essence-like texture. After cleansing, your face doesn't feel squeaky clean, but rather moisturized and slightly slippery. At first, I thought I hadn't rinsed it off properly, but even after thorough rinsing, there's still a slight slip to the skin. I've come to realize this is just how it's supposed to feel. I originally had super sensitive skin that was extremely dry, but since using this product, I haven't noticed these issues getting any worse. The moisturized, slightly slippery feeling after cleansing might not be everyone's cup of tea. - su********Oily SkinNov 28, 2024
It lathers well. It definitely makes my skin feel less dry. That's about all I can say for it. When I'm rolling it on my face in front of the mirror, the foam isn't firm at all. Instead, it's runny and drips down. It runs down my arms too. It's even more liquid than emulsified cleansing oil. The foam should be rich and creamy, but it just runs down, which makes it quite irritating to use on my face. Also, it leaves my skin feeling very oily. - ke****Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedNov 23, 2024
This product doesn't cause irritation and isn't overly stripping, making it ideal for those with dry skin As a gel-type cleanser that barely lathers, it feels a bit unusual to use. While it's great that it doesn't irritate, those with oily skin might need something with stronger cleansing power - jj********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 12, 2024
Zeroid Intensive Cream Cleanser is an excellent choice for your morning cleansing routine. While it's gentle on the skin, this product doesn't offer exceptional cleansing effectiveness. - so******Dry SkinSensitive SkinWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 14, 2024
My skin is super sensitive, especially to plant-based ingredients like centella! They really don't agree with me. It's been tough to choose products lately since most 'gentle' formulas contain these ingredients. However, since using Zeroid, my skin has become so much healthier! I switched from a cleansing foam, and I was a bit concerned about its cleansing effectiveness since it barely lathers. But now that I've gotten used to it, I really like it! - pl***********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 24, 2024
It's gentle and effectively removes impurities. While cleansing alone can't completely eliminate blackheads, after using this product, they've become almost invisible. I love the smooth feeling it leaves behind. Even though I have sensitive skin, I didn't experience any irritation. It's really gentle on the skin. I have oily skin that tends to get dry, and even when using the toner and emulsion from the same brand, my face still felt a bit tight. My previous emulsion didn't suit me and caused skin issues, so I went to a dermatologist. They recommended switching to Zeroid products for acne, including their emulsion, cleanser, and toner. So I changed my routine to: Intensive Facial Cream Cleanser (the product in this review) → Zeroid Pimprove Toner → Duac Gel (acne ointment) → Zeroid Pimprove Moisturizer (emulsion). When using the acne ointment before bed along with this routine, acne visibly disappears. The acne ointment I use is Duac Gel, which you can get with a prescription from a dermatologist. It can cause some skin tightness, but using the toner and emulsion together helps. After two weeks of this routine, my noticeable acne cleared up. - sh***************Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 9, 2024
It's so gentle and truly non-irritating that I still buy it even when it's pricey, especially on days when my skin is acting up. The only downside is that it's on the expensive side! Other than that, I'm satisfied. - gk********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsMay 8, 2024
Gentle and non-irritating when skin is troubled. Keeps skin hydrated without any tightness. Although it's mild, I keep getting acne on my face. It seems to remove excess oil, but then replaces it just as much.
