The texture is a non-sticky, slightly elastic oil-based velvet tint. As time passes, the oil layer becomes more prominent, resulting in minimal color transfer and decent longevity. The moisturizing oil-velvet formula prevents any feeling of dryness. The color applies with a subtle transparency, appearing slightly more subdued than shown on the product page. Although I'm not typically a fan of shimmer, and was initially concerned about visible glitter based on the texture swatch, I hardly noticed any sparkle either on my hand or lips. Even those who don't prefer shimmer can use this comfortably. The Season 3 scent is a refreshing sweet fragrance, adding a touch of zest compared to the sweetness of Seasons 1 and 2. I'm so satisfied that I'm considering repurchasing other shades, so there's really nothing to complain about.
