It is certainly less irritating than alkaline cleansers and has somewhat better cleansing power than expected. When discounted at Cou_x, it's a good buy. The volume is very large and it works well as a body cleanser too. I recommend it as a morning facial cleanser for those with oily skin (a small amount is sufficient and the cleansing power is not poor).

It's definitely a product with natural surfactants, so the feel is gentle and not overly irritating. The cleansing power is not extremely squeaky-clean either. There's also hardly any lather. I like cleansers that aren't too drying, so I'm pleased with this product. It's a bit ambiguous for facial use, so I've been using it as a body wash. I've also been using this for my keratosis pilaris, and I think I need to use it a bit longer to see the full effects.

After washing with water, it's good that there's no residual feeling left on the body. That's why, even though my skin has a slightly bumpy texture on the outer part of my arms, but not to the extent of keratosis pilaris, the symptoms get better or worse depending on the body wash I use.
