As someone with oily skin who generally dislikes sticky toners, I was pleasantly surprised. This one absorbs quickly with absolutely no sticky residue. It seemed to effectively control excess oil and sebum. I also appreciated the fragrance-free formula, which I prefer. While I initially thought it might lack in hydration, I didn't experience any tightness or dryness. My skin felt adequately moisturized. It's also gentle enough that it didn't cause any blemishes, which leads me to believe it's quite mild.

It works great as an exfoliating toner when applied with a cotton pad.

There was an adjustment period of about 3 days, but after that, my skin condition gradually improved.
