I bought this for my under-eye dark circles after watching YouTube reviews. It's affordable and the shade matches my skin tone well. It doesn't apply smoothly on moisturized skin and tends to pill. On dry skin, it doesn't absorb well due to lack of hydration. It probably won't cover dark circles completely, but might work for concealing a small blemish. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 4, 2025
The pencil format makes it convenient for drawing and shaping eyebrows or using around the mouth area! Due to its pencil form, it's challenging to cover large blemishes, and it feels a bit stiff when applying. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 25, 2024
A budget-friendly product that's more convenient than a brush for targeting specific areas. You get what you pay for. Coverage depends heavily on your base makeup. It doesn't apply well... I end up reaching for my brush instead. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMay 11, 2024
Absolutely nothing. Surprisingly, there wasn't a single positive aspect. Not one redeeming quality to speak of. First, I was shocked when I tested it on my hand and it settled into all my fine lines. Then, I was stunned again when I realized it provided no coverage. It applies incredibly thick, but when I tried to blend it, it left my skin feeling suffocated without actually covering anything! It's truly not worth even 3,000 won. I suggest they reformulate and price it at 5,000 won instead! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 25, 2024
To be honest, I didn't buy this as a concealer, so I didn't have any particular expectations. The shade seems to be 21. (Update after a month) When I'm too lazy for a full face of makeup, I just dab this over my blemishes and blend it out - problem solved! It's incredibly convenient. The portability, application, and price are all great. When applied directly to the skin, it seems to go on lighter than shade 21, sometimes appearing quite bright. You need to blend it well around the edges. It's perfect for a bare-faced look. Super easy to use, carry around, and apply, plus the price is right. Does it provide coverage? It doesn't seem to cover acne very well. I'm not sure if all stick concealers are like this, but when you apply it over a pimple, it actually makes it more noticeable. As for dark circles, it pretty much didn't cover them at all. The downside is that it doesn't cover uneven areas well. You either end up with visible white patches or the product disappears as you blend. If you apply it over base makeup, it doesn't go on smoothly and can make your base look patchy. It works best on bare skin. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinMar 2, 2024
Easily available at Daiso stores and very affordable Despite the low price, the product quality is so poor that it feels like a waste of money. It applies extremely dry, pills over foundation, provides zero coverage, and is truly awful. I wonder why this is so bad when The Saem's 7,000 won concealer pencil is actually quite good.
