I bought this after seeing positive reviews on YouTube. It glides on smoothly, effectively covering dark circles and concealing blemishes. It can clump if you apply too much. Just use a moderate amount and you'll be fine. - i6*******Oily SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsFeb 24, 2025
No matter how much I think about it, I can't find any good points. I really don't understand how everyone else manages to use this so well. It only applies smoothly if your face is already oily. But usually, we want our skincare to be moderately moisturizing, not greasy, right? It's so thick that it's difficult to cover specific areas, and when you try to blend it, it just comes off... It's just too thick to use at all. I tried using it on my aegyo sal (under-eye puffiness), but you have to really scrub it on, which is way too irritating. I just gave up using it. What a waste... This really proves that you have to try cosmetics yourself to judge them properly. - ch*********Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresJan 9, 2025
I bought this for my under-eye dark circles after watching YouTube reviews. It's affordable and the shade matches my skin tone well. It doesn't apply smoothly on moisturized skin and tends to pill. On dry skin, it doesn't absorb well due to lack of hydration. It probably won't cover dark circles completely, but might work for concealing a small blemish. - j7********Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJan 4, 2025
The pencil format makes it convenient for drawing and shaping eyebrows or using around the mouth area! Due to its pencil form, it's challenging to cover large blemishes, and it feels a bit stiff when applying. - le*********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRecommendedOct 26, 2024
Affordable and easily accessible. The natural shade blends well with base makeup. The pencil format allows for precise coverage of raised blemishes. It's a bit stiff and not very creamy, requiring multiple applications. Occasionally, it can cause the base makeup to lift. After applying to small blemishes, gently pat with your finger a few times without blending. Blending tends to remove the product. - an*******Oily SkinRecommendedAug 27, 2024
I bought this after seeing YouTube reviews saying it's amazing for dark circles, and it's truly a game-changer! I have oily skin and even after sweating a lot on a trip to Daegu, this didn't budge - it's magical. I was out and about for about 7 hours, and it didn't wear off at all. It sets to a matte finish, so the staying power is really impressive. No matter how much correcting and fussing I do, my dark circles always show through and aren't covered, but with this, I just apply it gently and it conceals so well. My skin tone is close to #23, and I use Estée Lauder Sand. The color blends seamlessly even when layered, looking incredibly natural!!!! It's fantastic. Looking at the photos, I'm shocked too (surprisingly, they're unedited photos!) To be honest, I think it might not work well on other blemishes. It's a bit disappointing that it's mainly for dark circles. If they had named it 'Dark Circle Cover Pencil', there'd be no reason for low review ratings. This is the ultimate solution for dark circles. For other blemishes, just use a bullet brush with concealer and gently dab it on for good coverage. It's great for spot-concealing when you want to go foundation-free. - cp********Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedAug 15, 2024
I never used concealer before, but lately I've been dealing with so many blemishes. I thought this stick concealer would be easier to use than a liquid one, so I decided to give it a try. It does a great job naturally covering up blemishes and redness. I'm a bit disappointed that it feels stiff and drags across the skin rather than gliding on smoothly. I wish it had a softer, more buttery texture for easier application. - pa**********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessRednessRecommendedJul 12, 2024
It's affordable and has excellent coverage. It doesn't clump and sets quickly on the skin. Perhaps due to its low price, the quantity is really small and it tends to smudge easily. The color has a strong yellow undertone, which looks unnatural on my light skin tone (shade 21). - al*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 10, 2024
Great value from Daiso, perfect for travel. Won't break your heart if you lose it on a trip. Hmm... It's made by The Saem, but it feels slightly less impressive than their usual products. - oo*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsJun 25, 2024
A budget-friendly product that's more convenient than a brush for targeting specific areas. You get what you pay for. Coverage depends heavily on your base makeup. It doesn't apply well... I end up reaching for my brush instead.
