I've gone through multiple bottles, so I decided to try the toner for added synergy. Just like the serum, this toner's brightening effect is truly impressive. When I first used the No.5 serum, my skin immediately looked clearer, and the effect was so noticeable that even others could see the difference. Adding this toner to my routine made my complexion even more radiant. The first night I incorporated it, I was shocked by how luminous my skin looked in the mirror. Even my boyfriend commented, 'Why does your face look so much brighter today? Your skin seems fairer!' This confirmed the visible difference for me. It seems the No.5 line from Numbuzin works exceptionally well with my skin. Both the serum and toner gave me significant brightening results from the first use. The synergy between the No.5 serum and toner is definitely powerful.
ConsThe No.5 serum was incredibly hydrating, so I expected this toner to be moisturizing too, given its viscosity. However, despite its runny texture, it felt more like a lightweight, alcohol-based toner, which left my skin feeling quite dry. While the ingredients list didn't raise any red flags for me, something about the combination or perhaps the drying effect threw off my skin's oil and moisture balance. With continued use, I developed what looked like hives. This reaction is typical for me when using products containing alcohol or those I find drying - whether skincare or makeup. It's a shame because the brightening effect was excellent, so I'm disappointed it didn't work for me. For those without extremely sensitive skin or a compromised skin barrier, this runny toner feels more like a refreshing serum without being slippery. Oily skin types might enjoy it year-round, while those with dry skin could find it suitable from late spring to early fall. The texture seems ideal for oily skin, but the viscosity might make those with oily skin hesitant to try it. It feels like Numbuzin might have missed the mark a bit with the consistency. If I were in charge of marketing this product for Numbuzin, I'd position it as a powerful brightening toner targeting oily skin types. It's a good product, but unfortunately not ideal for extremely dry skin.

It provides long-lasting hydration, absorbs well into the skin, and feels comfortable to use. I was worried it might be irritating since it's a Vitamin C product, but it's gentler than expected and can be used without concern. The refreshing finish helps subsequent products absorb better. The scent isn't overpowering, making it suitable for daily use. With consistent application, I believe it will further brighten my complexion. I wonder if it's just my imagination, but my blemishes seem to have faded a bit?
ConsThere were no negatives. I liked it so much that I also bought the essence from the same line.

I'd recommend this if you're looking for a brightening base product.
ConsThe texture is just right - not too sticky, not too watery. However, I haven't noticed any significant changes.

While the absorption is different, the exceptional hydration is just the same! If No.2 transformed my extremely dry skin into a moisturized dream, No.5 with its glutathione ingredient has noticeably brightened my overall complexion after about two weeks of use. It's an excellent product for improving skin tone.
ConsThe consistency is similar to No.2, giving it that 'runny' texture. I think this toner could have benefited from a lighter absorption.

Although it's a toner, it doesn't have a runny consistency. Instead, its texture is similar to serums or ampoules. It absorbs well into the skin and doesn't leave a sticky finish.
ConsThere's nothing to complain about. I absolutely recommend it. You should definitely give it a try!
TipFor even better results, use it alongside other brightening products.

My complexion has truly brightened, I'd say. It's become clearer, with a nice glow, and looks more refined. Adding just this one product has made a real difference - it provides hydration and there's a noticeable change. Up until now, I've been using three essences: niacinamide, vitamin C with hyaluronic acid, and centella asiatica extract. I added this after my exfoliating toner. I'm extremely satisfied. I apply this twice, and the improvement in my skin tone in the morning is definitely noticeable.
ConsI don't have any complaints yet. It has a runny texture, so I squeeze out small amounts from the opening, but it's not particularly inconvenient.
TipI love applying it like an essence.

It has a brightening effect that evens out the skin tone and makes the complexion clearer. It's even better as a skin pack, but it's also fine to pat it in with your hands during your skincare routine. The lightweight formula absorbs like water!
ConsIt's best when you let it absorb fully. If you apply a generous amount, you need to take more time to let it sink in.
TipFor an extra brightening boost, try leaving it on dull areas as a skin pack for about 10 minutes!

Unlike other toners that disappear instantly, this one gives a satisfying feeling of hydration. It's allowed me to replace my usual routine of using both an essence and an ampoule. With this toner, I can feel each subsequent product layering beautifully on my skin. After using it, I've noticed a significant improvement in my complexion.
ConsThere's nothing to criticize. The ingredients are excellent, and among all the toners I've tried, this one has the best feel when applied.
TipAs someone with extremely dry skin, I find that one application isn't quite enough for my hydration needs. So, I layer it two or three times. This technique results in a subtle glow, increased moisture, and a firmer, more supple skin texture. While it's said to work well with the Number 5 product from the same line, I've been pairing it with a brightening product from a different brand. Using two brightening products together seems to produce even better results.

Texture and Hydration Like the brand's No. 3 toner, this has an essence-like texture that doesn't flow like water but has a rich, bouncy consistency. It's similar to honey, but flows a bit more easily. As a result, it might feel a bit heavy in summer, but it's suitable for all skin types in spring, fall, and winter! 2. Effectiveness I immediately noticed my complexion looking clearer! Of course, consistent use will show more definitive results. Even after short-term use, I felt my skin looked brighter, which I really liked, so I plan to keep using it regularly. 3. Fragrance-Free When you think of vitamin products, scent often comes to mind, but this one is fragrance-free. While I personally enjoy vitamin scents, the absence of fragrance makes this product more universally appealing and reduces the chance of sensitivity reactions. 4. Application Despite its essence-like texture, it absorbs quickly into the skin! Plus, there's no sticky feeling, making the application experience top-notch. 5. Gentle Formula Vitamin products can sometimes cause irritation, but this one didn't irritate my skin at all. It's a very gentle product!
ConsI wish there was a larger size available than 200ml! Maybe 300ml like the No. 1 Fresh Toner. Since I'll be using it regularly, I feel like I'll go through it quickly.
TipUsing this alongside the brand's No. 5+ Glutathione Ampoule creates amazing synergy!
