As someone really interested in skin brightening, I decided to give this a try. Now that I'm almost finished with it, I can say my skin does look a bit brighter. The texture leaves a slightly sticky feeling, which is a bit disappointing. Rather than dramatically whitening my skin, it seems to have made it somewhat more translucent. The product appears to have some brightening effects, but the results are subtle. The sticky residue might be a drawback for those who prefer a lighter feel. It's worth noting that skin brightening products often work gradually, so patience may be key for more noticeable results. - gw********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 27, 2025
I have combination skin that leans towards oily. My main concern is my complexion, and I noticed my skin looked brighter the day after using this. Highly recommend! The downside is that it's slightly heavy, so I wouldn't recommend it for extremely oily skin types. This product works wonders when used as a toner pack - it's absolutely amazing! - yu*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 25, 2025
I'm on my third bottle of this product! It's lightweight yet moisturizing, and the best part is that with consistent use, I can definitely see my complexion brightening. Of course, skincare alone can't completely erase spots like freckles, but as my overall skin tone evens out, my skin looks so much clearer! The Vitamin line... Based on the product color, you'd expect a fresh, zesty scent, but it's actually closer to being unscented, just a very neutral fragrance. While that might actually be better for some, I was hoping for that refreshing scent, so I felt a tiny bit let down. - sm********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 30, 2025
I bought this toner in a rush, but it turned out to be amazing! I initially purchased it for someone else and didn't use it myself, but after hearing good things, I got curious and tried it. My face felt firmer and more hydrated - I was so satisfied! I found it great for both dry and slightly oily skin types. The texture isn't watery, but rather has a slight viscosity. When applied, it absorbs well, leaving the skin moisturized and supple. Not only does it feel great, but it's also said to be effective for blemishes and brightening. That's really reassuring, especially now when we're exposed to more sun. While I haven't used it consistently enough to notice the brightening effects yet, I'm sure it's better than not using anything at all! I plan to repurchase. With sales and refill options available, the price is reasonable, so I'll likely continue using it long-term. I don't have any major complaints. The packaging is simple and easy to dispose of. - wx********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedMay 23, 2025
It's gentle on the skin and has a brightening effect. I'll be repurchasing. There was nothing to be disappointed about. Highly recommended. It's great to stock up during sales. - kk*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 3, 2025
The texture is like a runny nose, haha! It absorbs well and is great for dry, sensitive skin. These days, mainstream brands are so good that you wonder if you even need department store brands anymore. I highly recommend this product too. There weren't any downsides for me. However, I have a feeling it might not suit those with acne-prone skin. Instead of using a cotton pad (since it's not a watery formula), I applied it with my hands, let it absorb, and then layered on a bit more after a short while. - jj*********Normal SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesApr 20, 2025
The texture and absorption are similar to other toners. I didn't experience any discomfort in that regard. I used it for nearly three weeks, but I didn't notice any visible effects. I don't plan to repurchase. It was disappointing considering the price point. - 45********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessApr 15, 2025
Light yet moisturizing Gentle on the skin Recommended for dry skin Won't be repurchasing As someone who prefers watery toners that lock in hydration, I found the texture somewhat disappointing - ib****Combination SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 27, 2025
This feels like an ampoule. I'd recommend it to those who find ampoules a bit heavy but feel that toners alone are too drying. I have a skin type where oil doesn't rise to the surface but solidifies inside. Due to sebum buildup, I often get blemishes, and even a slightly thicker skincare routine causes havoc. So I need hydration that doesn't evaporate overnight. Among toners, this product maintained moisture the longest. I could genuinely sleep with just this toner and wake up without my face feeling tight. I wouldn't recommend this to those with extremely dry skin who need a bit of oil even in their toner. It has a slightly runny texture that looks very hydrating, but since it's an oil-free formula, the moisture does evaporate rather quickly. - so*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 16, 2025
As someone with extremely dry, sensitive skin, large pores in the T-zone, and thin skin, I'm a devoted fan of the No.5 serum. I've gone through multiple bottles, so I decided to try the toner for added synergy. Just like the serum, this toner's brightening effect is truly impressive. When I first used the No.5 serum, my skin immediately looked clearer, and the effect was so noticeable that even others could see the difference. Adding this toner to my routine made my complexion even more radiant. The first night I incorporated it, I was shocked by how luminous my skin looked in the mirror. Even my boyfriend commented, 'Why does your face look so much brighter today? Your skin seems fairer!' This confirmed the visible difference for me. It seems the No.5 line from Numbuzin works exceptionally well with my skin. Both the serum and toner gave me significant brightening results from the first use. The synergy between the No.5 serum and toner is definitely powerful. The No.5 serum was incredibly hydrating, so I expected this toner to be moisturizing too, given its viscosity. However, despite its runny texture, it felt more like a lightweight, alcohol-based toner, which left my skin feeling quite dry. While the ingredients list didn't raise any red flags for me, something about the combination or perhaps the drying effect threw off my skin's oil and moisture balance. With continued use, I developed what looked like hives. This reaction is typical for me when using products containing alcohol or those I find drying - whether skincare or makeup. It's a shame because the brightening effect was excellent, so I'm disappointed it didn't work for me. For those without extremely sensitive skin or a compromised skin barrier, this runny toner feels more like a refreshing serum without being slippery. Oily skin types might enjoy it year-round, while those with dry skin could find it suitable from late spring to early fall. The texture seems ideal for oily skin, but the viscosity might make those with oily skin hesitant to try it. It feels like Numbuzin might have missed the mark a bit with the consistency. If I were in charge of marketing this product for Numbuzin, I'd position it as a powerful brightening toner targeting oily skin types. It's a good product, but unfortunately not ideal for extremely dry skin.
