My skin tends to be very prone to redness anyway, so it's hard to improve, but with my previous 3000mg supplement, I could see a difference between days when I took it and when I didn't. With this collagen ampoule, I don't notice much difference whether I take it or not, and my skin seems to get red more frequently.
