Duration of Use This review is based on at least a week of use, but I'm currently taking a year's supply that I repurchased. Taste I've seen many reviews saying collagen ampoules taste fishy, so I've always stuck to jellies or other processed foods loaded with sugar. But through Min Carong, I tried Ever Collagen ampoules for the first time, and they're simply delicious! There's no fishy taste at all. It's more like Shine Muscat flavor? It feels like drinking concentrated juice, so there's no aversion and it goes down smoothly. It's just like drinking a tasty beverage. I usually don't like snacks or sweet things, so the fact that I find this delicious should tell you something! The unexpectedly sweet ampoule taste actually boosted my mood and made me work harder. Effects Recently, I suddenly experienced extreme inner dryness for no reason, followed by a cycle of heat, dryness, and stinging. Even with the gentlest skincare focused on soothing and hydration, things weren't improving. While I was still struggling, I became part of the tester group and started taking collagen. Amazingly, the stinging subsided after 3-4 days. By day 5, my skin started returning to normal, and on day 7, I finally felt like my skin was absorbing moisture (from skincare) again! I honestly thought collagen was just for elasticity, so I didn't expect it to help with my current issues. But since taking collagen was the only change in my routine, I looked up reviews and found many saying it actually helps with deep dryness! My skin condition was so terrible that no matter how well I did my skincare, it would still flake, pill, and crack. It was really upsetting. But now, using the same skincare and makeup products, I feel like I have an inner glow. I didn't know it would be this effective in just a week, so it might sound like an exaggeration, but this is my real experience! Having hit rock bottom, I now get anxious when I'm running low on Ever Collagen. The attached makeup photos are from my daily beauty review shots, showing before and after a week of use with the same base makeup. Both are taken without editing and in the same conditions! Even if elasticity isn't your concern, if you're experiencing inner dryness like me or have dry skin, please try collagen and free yourself from dryness! The downside is the price that's not easily affordable. It seemed like the perfect opportunity, so I bought a 3-month supply to try out. 2. Like my previous product, this one is also a liquid type. The collagen I used to take had 3000mg of low-molecular-weight collagen, but it wasn't certified as a health functional food. I trusted it because it was from a major company and had been using it for a long time with good results. Even when I tried other products, I always came back to it due to its high content. 3. However, I was always a bit uneasy about it not being a certified health supplement. This Ever Collagen product has 1000mg, which is less, but it's certified by the FDA. From my experience with various collagen products, I've learned that while content is important, the form (liquid, pill, or powder) also affects absorption. Brand power can't be ignored either, especially for companies that have been making collagen products for a long time. Ever Collagen is known for its long history in collagen production, which is why I've been wanting to try it. 4. The main issue was the price - it's quite a barrier! It's 32,900 won for 14 bottles at Olive Young. I believe you need to try a product for at least 3 months to properly evaluate it, but 200,000 won for 3 months was equivalent to 6 months of my usual product, which made me hesitate. However, this market deal offered 3 months' worth for about 110,000 won, making it more accessible. If you're interested in trying it, keep an eye out for such deals! 5. Now for the detailed review: 1) As someone who's been taking 3000mg collagen liquid for over 5 years, I can feel the difference. After about a week, I noticed changes around my eyes and cheekbones - there was a slight feeling of dryness. 2) The most visible change was an increase in redness. My skin tends to be very prone to redness anyway, so it's hard to improve, but with my previous 3000mg supplement, I could see a difference between days when I took it and when I didn't. With this collagen ampoule, I don't notice much difference whether I take it or not, and my skin seems to get red more frequently. 3) The pros: It tastes fine and is easy to drink. The cons: There's sediment if you don't shake it well, and it leaves a lot of foam after drinking. Also, possibly due to my gastritis, I feel a slight burning in my stomach when I take it on an empty stomach in the morning or before bed. (I'm not sure why this happens when I can easily take 3000mg of vitamin C on an empty stomach.) 6. Overall impression: For those who usually take around 1000mg of collagen, this seems like a reliable ampoule. Of course, you'd need to try it yourself to be sure. Compared to the 3000mg product I was taking before, it feels relatively drying, but objectively speaking, it seems to have better absorption than other 1000mg FDA-certified collagen ampoules I've tried. I don't see enlarged pores, which is often a sign of poor collagen absorption. A tip: If you often get hangnails or feel a roughness when wearing socks or stockings, these can be signs of low collagen levels or poor absorption. With this product, I've started to notice some hangnails and roughness on my feet. For those who've been taking higher doses (2000-3000mg), you might feel some dryness with this 1000mg product. I'd recommend it more for younger people or those new to collagen supplements. 7. I'm in a bit of a dilemma now due to the increased redness. Should I supplement with collagen pills, alternate with my previous collagen product, or just finish this one quickly by taking two bottles a day? 8. As I always say, if you find a skincare product that works well for you, don't change it. I wonder why I didn't apply this thinking to collagen supplements. But as a beauty junkie always up for a challenge, I'm already thinking about the next product to try! While 1000mg isn't a low amount, for someone like me who was used to taking 3000mg, I can feel the difference in terms of skin dryness.

It has a refreshing, sweet flavor reminiscent of pomegranate or berries. The great taste means you're unlikely to forget taking it. Being a liquid in a bottle also makes it convenient to carry around. The seal on the bottle is extremely difficult to remove. It doesn't come off easily. You need to twist it off with force, like you're removing a tight ring from your finger, but even then it's a struggle. To be honest, I'm not sure yet since I've only been taking it for 3 days. But the bottle is pretty, and just knowing I'm consuming collagen is comforting in itself! The quantity is quite small, and it's expensive too. There's not much product inside the bottle either, unfortunately. I hate wasting any, so after drinking it, I add a bit of water, shake it, and then swish it around in my mouth to get every last drop!

Many collagen supplements have an unpleasant taste, but this product is truly not off-putting at all. You can just gulp it down in one go, making it easy to consume. It's satisfying to know that this is a health functional food, not just a regular dietary supplement - that's exactly what you should look for in collagen products! There's too much packaging waste, and it's quite expensive... About $40 for a two-week supply. To be honest, I can't really tell if there's any difference whether I take it or not. Taking collagen and hyaluronic acid together creates a synergistic effect.
