The lightweight feel and refreshing scent are great: Compared to other serums I'm using, this one has a more watery consistency, so I could pat it in gently without any stickiness. It's a plus that it doesn't feel heavy, even on oily skin. I usually don't like strong fragrances and prefer unscented products, but this one has a subtle citrusy scent. It's slightly refreshing and pleasant to use. Since I'm using it for its brightening properties, I appreciate that it's so easy to apply consistently. After a few days of use, I feel like my complexion is evening out, but I suppose I'll need to keep using it to see the full brightening effects, right?
ConsWhile it feels nicely hydrating right after application, I found the moisture retention a bit lacking. When I used this serum alone, it seemed like my skin wasn't getting enough hydration, and I felt like my skin became oilier than usual after a short while. This might be more noticeable now that we're heading into the drier fall/winter seasons.
TipI think it would work well to use this vitamin serum along with additional moisturizing products for better hydration.

The texture is fluid and watery, flowing easily. It has a subtle citrusy scent, reminiscent of yuzu or lemon, which wasn't bothersome as it's expected in vitamin products. While I didn't notice significant brightening effects due to the short usage period, I appreciated that it wasn't irritating. As someone with super sensitive skin, I've been hesitant to use products containing vitamin C, but this Toriden ampoule didn't cause any tingling or burning sensation. This made me feel confident about using it long-term.
ConsFor autumn weather, it feels slightly lacking in hydration when used alone. You might need to incorporate other products for additional moisture.
TipI'm careful about sun protection when using vitamin C products, as they can interact negatively with UV rays. Also, it's worth noting that retinol is oil-soluble while vitamin C is water-soluble. If you're planning to use products containing retinol, it's best to space them out from this vitamin C product for optimal effectiveness.
