The refreshing scent is subtly present, allowing for a pleasant application, and after application, the skin appears slightly brighter. It absorbs smoothly without irritation, making it suitable for morning and evening use. With consistent use, the skin texture also seems to become slightly softer.
ConsThe downside is that the formula is quite runny, so it can easily drip and run off your hands or face as soon as you apply it.

ConsNo major drawbacks Gentle and non-irritating However, it's quite runny and tends to drip
TipFor faster results, use it before applying a modeling mask during your nighttime skincare routine

ConsIt's a bit too runny, so when you squeeze it out with the dropper, it drips immediately. It's a shame for those with dry skin to use.

The formula is quite runny though, which can be a bit tricky to apply.
ConsThe texture is a bit too watery, making it inconvenient as it tends to drip everywhere.

No tingling sensation whatsoever!
ConsThe formula was too watery, making it a bit inconvenient to use as it would run down quickly. It's almost like a toner.

Since it's not primarily a moisturizer, I could incorporate it without disrupting my usual regimen. As someone who hates heavy products, I really appreciated its lightweight feel! Consistency: 4/5 As mentioned, it has a very light, almost airy consistency. It doesn't provide much moisturization on its own, so you'll need to use it with other hydrating products. It's quite runny, which made it a bit tricky to control at first. I found it easier to apply by focusing on one area at a time rather than trying to cover my whole face at once. Brightening Effect: 3/5 To be honest, I've only used it for less than two weeks, so I haven't seen dramatic results yet. But I do feel like my skin looks a bit brighter! Of course, brightening effects don't happen overnight, so I'll need to use it for longer to see its full potential. Scent: 5/5 The scent is very subtle, almost fragrance-free! There's just a hint of a vitamin-like smell. I actually prefer this for a skincare product, so I'm quite satisfied!
ConsWhile I'm generally satisfied with this product, there are a few downsides: 1. Very runny consistency If you're not a fan of super liquid formulas, this might not be for you. 2. Gradual brightening effect If you're looking for instant results, this isn't the product. It seems to work best with consistent, long-term use. 3. Slight eye irritation Just a heads up - it can sting a bit if it gets in your eyes!
TipMy Secret Tip: My personal trick is to apply this after using Retinal! I use Retinal 100 every evening, and I feel like layering this product on top really boosts its effectiveness. If I follow up with a collagen mask, I wake up to noticeably brighter skin the next day!

As my skin gradually shifted from oily to combination dehydrated, I struggled with deep dryness. That's when I started using Torriden's Dive-In Serum, which really helped combat the dryness. After that, I bought their moisturizer and even their foam cleanser - I use the entire Torriden line now (especially for my morning skincare routine before makeup). I've gone through so many tubes of their moisturizer, I've lost count! I even cut open the tubes with scissors to use every last drop - that's how much I love it! I was already eyeing their Vitamin C Ampoule when it launched, so I was over the moon when I won it! With other vitamin serums, my sensitive skin would break out in tiny bumps and get irritated even with the slightest application. I've had to discontinue so many serums because of this. But this Vitamin C Ampoule is incredibly gentle! I started by applying small amounts on my forehead and cheeks, avoiding the sensitive eye area, and gradually increased the coverage. It absorbs well without causing any blemishes! The scent isn't overpowering either, it's subtle, making it a great option for those with sensitive skin who want to try a vitamin ampoule. Torriden's ampoule would be an excellent starting point! Although I've only been using it for two weeks and haven't seen dramatic results yet, I highly recommend it as an ampoule worth using consistently. I use the Vitamin C Ampoule in the evening and the Dive-In Serum in the morning before makeup. That's my current routine!
ConsThe texture is quite runny, so it tends to drip when applied directly to the face without dispensing onto your hand first. You need to be quick with application! Rather than seeing it as a downside, consider swift rolling as the key technique!
TipTry using the Dive-In Serum for hydration before your morning makeup routine, and the Vitamin C Ampoule for nighttime care! Torriden is the best!

I applied it intensively on my left cheek where I had sun damage from driving, and I was thrilled to see my freckles seem to fade.
ConsThe texture was quite runny, making it feel like it was dripping off rather than absorbing. It seemed to evaporate rather than sink into my skin.
TipI applied it at night along with my dark spot cream, and I think it's been helpful.

While using it, I didn't experience any deep dryness, and it was fine as I didn't feel any irritation or develop any blemishes.
ConsThe texture is quite runny, but it feels richer than expected, giving a somewhat greasy sensation. It also has a distinct, lingering scent that might be challenging for those sensitive to smells.

Ingredients I always prioritize ingredients. When friends recommend new products, my first question is always 'Is it gentle?' My lips are so sensitive that I've had to throw away many tints after they caused blisters. That's how sensitive I am... I pay the most attention to ingredients, especially in skincare products. Torriden is a brand I trust. All their products I've tried - toners, creams, ampoules, and masks - have great ingredients and haven't caused any blemishes on my super sensitive skin. I regularly stock up on their masks. This Vitamin C Brightening Ampoule hasn't caused any irritation from the first day of use until now as I write this review. 2. Absorption As I have sensitive and dry skin, I always use an ampoule between my toner and moisturizer. The Vitamin C Brightening Ampoule absorbs surprisingly quickly after applying toner. It absorbs even faster when applied right after cleansing without toner. For someone like me who uses multiple skincare steps, a fast-absorbing product is a godsend! 3. Eco-friendly packaging Every time I receive a Torriden product, I'm satisfied with how easy it is to recycle the eco-friendly packaging. If I could be a bit greedy, it would be even better if they switched to eco-friendly tape too! 4. Pores (I'll add more after using it longer!) Although the usage period hasn't been very long, so I'm not sure if it's just my imagination or a real effect, I've noticed a difference. I've been stressed about redness and enlarged pores in my T-zone, probably due to swimming. When I use this product before makeup, the appearance of pores in my T-zone is less emphasized by foundation. 5. Skin texture Since starting to use this as part of The Hwahae Testers program, I've been consistently using it after cleansing with a silicone cleansing tool. Compared to other products used with the same routine, I've noticed my skin becoming smoother. It seems like a great combination of the silicone cleansing tool and the Cell Mazing Vitamin C Brightening Ampoule!
Cons1. Hydration It seems unavoidable that brightening products feel less hydrating compared to hydrating serums or ampoules. This product has a water-like consistency, so it absorbs quickly compared to sticky or gel-like products. This might make it feel less hydrating. 2. Amount dispensed per pump When I fully press the dropper and draw up the product, it usually only fills about half. This might be inconvenient for those who prefer to use a generous amount of product. 3. Spot improvement I have quite a few acne scars around my chin and have used many products containing retinol for a long time. Compared to those products, this one doesn't seem as strong in improving spots over the same period of use.
TipIt seems to work even better for improving skin texture when used with a silicone cleansing tool!
