  Cons

  I'm on my second bottle, but I haven't noticed much improvement in hyperpigmentation. However, since it contains derivatives, I think it might still be decent for antioxidant protection.

  I bought this from Tidong's market and I love it! The scent is slightly refreshing, and I actually noticed my complexion brightening. It absorbs well too. For those with super sensitive skin who struggle with pure Vitamin C, this is a great option! Oh, and for those with dry skin, you might want to use a hydrating serum along with this. I felt like it might be a bit drying on its own.

  There's nothing to dislike about this product. The packaging is clean and nice, and I'm really satisfied with how well it works.

  Here's my review after using it daily for two weeks: 1. Hydration I didn't expect much hydration from a blemish serum, but wow... it's surprisingly moisturizing! It's even more hydrating than my usual hydrating serum. Unik serum + emulsion before bed = Plump, dewy skin the next morning. 2. Absorption Maybe it's because it's so hydrating, but it applies beautifully! It glides on smoothly and once it's fully absorbed, my skin feels delightfully firm. 3. Fragrance As someone with sensitive skin, I'm always wary of fragrances... But this product is actually fragrance-free!!! That's why they say it's safe for anyone with blemish-prone or sensitive skin. How wonderful!

  1. Blemish Improvement The product is called a 'blemish' serum. It's supposed to improve noticeable dark spots and blemishes, and lighten melanin pigmentation... I had high hopes since the product focuses on improving dark spots and blemishes, but after using it daily for two weeks, I saw absolutely no effect in this area. My skin didn't brighten, and my dark circles weren't improved at all. I'm not sure what's happening beneath the surface, but there were no visible effects whatsoever. While I liked how hydrating it was, for blemish improvement... it's a no-go.

  Tip

  Before bed: 'exfoliating toner - Unik Biome Vita C Blemish Serum - emulsion' Make sure to pat the serum in until it's fully absorbed! The next morning, my skin feels so plump and dewy, I almost don't want to wash my face!
