I was using the Missha artemisia toner before, but this one is so much more hydrating... I just love everything about it! And no blemishes at all!
ConsThere's a slight warming sensation on the skin when applied? It's not severe, and I'm still using it. I have somewhat sensitive skin, but those with super sensitive skin or prone to redness should be cautious. Also, it's not exactly sticky, but it leaves a slightly heavy feeling, so I wouldn't recommend it for those who are particular about the finish.

When you layer it, you can feel it applying smoothly and firmly! I found that the panthenol-based toner also suited my skin well.
ConsSince it's a water type, you might feel some dryness if used alone.

However, even when applied before makeup, it doesn't cause pilling or excessive stickiness. It feels like it's deeply hydrating the skin, so even for very dry skin types, it doesn't feel parched even hours after application.
ConsIt has a slightly unpleasant scent reminiscent of hair dye with notes of red ginseng. While not overpowering, the fragrance lingers subtly around the face.
TipRecommended for evening use rather than morning. Particularly effective when applied with a cotton pad - it doesn't dry quickly and works hard to reduce skin heat and redness.

What surprised me was that despite its consistency being somewhere between water and mucus, a small amount goes on smoothly, and if you use a bit more, it finishes with a soft, non-sticky feel. That really impressed me! For reference, my skin type is between combination dehydrated and dry, and I'm very satisfied that it doesn't break down even when I layer it twice.
ConsDue to its unique texture, it doesn't absorb as quickly as your typical toner if you apply the usual amount. You need to pat it in for better absorption!
TipI found the best method was to first apply a light, water-like toner, then layer this toner on top, followed by serums or creams!

As the name suggests, it's a type that's dry yet overflowing with excess sebum. I have blemishes, enlarged pores, and redness. 👍 Pros: ✔️ Firm yet lightweight finish I apply it morning and night, and it's amazingly lightweight while locking in hydration without producing much excess oil. ✔️ Less oily and not dry in the morning after applying at night Before, when I applied products at night, I'd wake up with an oily film all over my face, feeling stuffy. With this panthenol toner, there's hardly any oil buildup, and it provides just the right amount of hydration. I'm so satisfied! ✔️ Calms skin (reduces redness) when applied before bed I have blemishes and terrible redness in my butterfly zone, but when I use this before sleeping, the redness noticeably subsides by morning. It's incredible! ✔️ Improves skin texture for makeup application ⭐️⭐️ This is amazing to apply before makeup. It doesn't cause pilling and creates a radiant complexion. Even though my cushion foundation is semi-matte, it gives me that Inner Glow. I'm thrilled that it doesn't settle into the nasolabial folds. That alone makes it worth it. My skin looks beautiful even without touch-ups.
ConsThere weren't any real drawbacks! It's the first toner that doesn't cause blemishes or make my skin feel heavy, probably because it's so gentle. It doesn't cause any tingling sensation either.
TipInstead of using it as an exfoliating toner with cotton pads, I poured small amounts directly onto my skin. This method seemed to be less irritating, preventing blemishes while deeply hydrating my skin.

When applied, it feels more substantial than a water-based toner, with a slightly bouncy consistency. 🍀 Quick absorption Despite its rich texture, it absorbs remarkably well. Just spread it on and pat a few times, and it sinks right in! 🍀 Gentle formula I have sensitive skin that's prone to reactions, but this product didn't irritate me at all! 🍀 Excellent soothing properties (even better when chilled) I had a feeling this would work great as a cooling mask for soothing, and I was right! It really helped calm the heat and blemishes that flared up due to hormonal changes and seasonal transitions.
Cons💧 Hydration may be lacking for some As someone with dry skin, I found that one or two layers weren't quite enough for deep hydration. I ended up applying two to three layers for better results. When using it as a mask, I found combining it with the absorption method worked well. I think this might actually be perfect for those with oily skin who want something lightweight.
TipI found it worked best as an essence toner. My second favorite way to use it was as a mask. I also recommend chilling this product slightly before use for the best results. If you have dry skin, try layering it two or three times instead of just once or twice when using it as an essence toner. It's also a great option for those with oily skin looking for a non-greasy product!

As someone with dry skin, it absorbs instantly, leaving my skin feeling hydrated and supple. Just applying this toner alone made my skin texture improve and my skin barrier feel stronger. It's affordable too, and I love how incredibly moisturizing and nourishing it is, probably thanks to the panthenol!
