I was looking for a new toner because my face was itchy, stinging, and breaking out with blemishes. I decided to try this one after seeing good reviews. I've been using it for 3 days now, and I'm impressed! The application is fantastic, it absorbs really well, and the stinging sensation has disappeared. The itchiness has improved significantly compared to before. I think if I keep using it consistently, the itchiness will go away completely. I feel like I made such a great purchase! It's not exactly disappointing, but it does have a medicinal scent. It's not overwhelmingly bothersome, but I found it a bit off-putting when I first encountered it. After using it a few times, I don't really notice it anymore. This toner seems to be effective for sensitive skin prone to irritation. It appears to have good hydration properties and helps soothe skin discomfort. The quick absorption and improvement in skin condition are positive aspects. However, the scent might be an issue for those sensitive to fragrances, although it seems to become less noticeable with continued use.

According to Hwahae, I was able to use this comfortably without any irritation! After using it for a few days, I didn't experience any tingling, blemishes, redness, or hives. Looking at the ingredients, I found it's rich in moisturizing and barrier-strengthening components like ceramides, hyaluronic acid, and niacinamide, which seem particularly effective for dry or sensitive skin! ♥ High-concentration Panthenol We all know panthenol is great for protecting the skin barrier, right? This Cosrx toner contains 50,000ppm of panthenol, which is excellent for strengthening the skin barrier and soothing effects! That's why I mainly used it on days when my skin was irritated or after exfoliating. ♥ Texture It's not completely watery, but has a slightly viscous water-like texture that seems perfect for dry skin! Although it has a bit of viscosity, it finishes with a moisturized feel without any stickiness, which I loved! ♥ Scent I thought it was unscented and liked that, but after reading other reviews, some people mentioned a faint herbal scent?! It might be good to keep that in mind when purchasing! ♥ Usage I've transferred it to a mist bottle to use right after washing my face! Since it's not a light water formula, it doesn't spray evenly when used in a mist bottle, but I'm still satisfied and using it well! It's also good for the 7-skin method and works well as a mask substitute. ➖ Volume It's 205ml, but if you use it as a mist like me, or for the 7-skin method or as a mask substitute, you'll find yourself running out quickly! Personally, I wish it came in a larger size too. This toner seems to be a great option for those with dry, sensitive skin looking for a hydrating and soothing product. The high concentration of panthenol and other skin-friendly ingredients make it particularly suitable for strengthening the skin barrier. While the volume might be a concern for heavy users, its versatility in application methods (as a regular toner, mist, or mask) adds to its appeal. A water-like toner that's perfect for light application. It's great for layering multiple times without feeling heavy. The hydration is excellent. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. The formula is a standard water-based type, but applying a single layer fills your skin with hydration and leaves it feeling refreshed. You can layer it multiple times without overwhelming your skin, so I use at least three layers to really pack in the moisture. It's versatile too - you can use it straight from the bottle or transfer it to a mist container for a refreshing spray. Despite containing panthenol, it absorbs lightly, making it perfect for summer use. It's especially soothing when your skin barrier needs some TLC - I love soaking cotton pads with it for a quick, calming mask. The gentle formula makes it an ideal summer hydrating toner. At 205ml, it's a relatively small bottle that might run out quickly if you're layering it frequently. I'd love to see a larger size option become available. For best results, apply at least three layers, or use it as a mask by soaking cotton pads. Follow up with a regenerating cream to effectively boost skin renewal.

How convenient! The formula absorbs really well into the skin! Unlike a typical watery toner, this one leaves a lasting moisturized feeling even after just one layer. It provides quite a bit of hydration. If even the tiniest amount gets into your eyes, it stings terribly. Compared to other cosmetics, it's so much more painful that I've stopped using it. It's not like a large amount went in - even just a slight contact while applying causes such intense stinging that it brings tears to my eyes. When using this product, be extra careful to avoid any contact with your eyes. The formula seems to be quite potent, so it's best to apply it gently and keep it away from the eye area. Surviving winter's extreme dryness with deep hydration & excellent absorption Whether it's thanks to the panthenol or not, this product set helped my skin get through this winter without any major issues. I bought this toner because of its excellent ingredients. With a high concentration of panthenol and niacinamide, the formula is impressive. However, it might feel a bit rich for those with oily skin. It's perfect for dry skin types year-round, and great for combination dehydrated skin during seasonal changes and winter. The price is slightly on the higher side, and the packaging could be a bit more user-friendly.
