I'm a fan of dusty rose lip colors, and the Etude Fixing Tint in Pink Fig is exactly the shade I love. The staying power is impressive - I applied it to the back of my hand, and even after wiping it off with a tissue in less than 30 seconds, the color remained. It was so long-lasting that even after cleansing with oil and foam, there was still a hint of color left. Of course, the application is smooth too! With its excellent longevity and my favorite shade, I couldn't find any downsides. Apply it all over your lips, then after a moment, gently blot with a tissue. - ak*******Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedApr 11, 2025
The fixing power seems pretty decent. However, the color is a bit intense... It's supposed to be a MLBB (My Lips But Better) shade, but it's too dark for that purpose and doesn't have any gray undertones at all. If you're going to use it, a gray lip liner is a must! - gk**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 19, 2025
A lukewarm rose-pink color with a hint of red and depth. While the name might suggest a cool tone, it's actually a warm rose-pink that suits those who look good in pink. The color leaves a long-lasting pink stain even after it fades. It's a lip lacquer-style tint that applies moisturizing but finishes matte. There's a subtle chocolate scent. Being a lip lacquer style, you shouldn't press your lips together after application, and it can feel a bit heavy or suffocating. As it's a moisturizing-to-matte finish, proper lip care is essential. The longevity isn't as impressive as one might expect. Lastly, it's difficult to control the amount when pulling out the applicator, so be sure to adjust the quantity at the opening. I used to recommend applying a moisturizing lip product over this fixing tint as a base, but after a few tries, I noticed it settled into lip lines. So I changed my approach. Now, I use a blurry matte lip product like A.O.U Poth Balm or Holika Holika Melting Pot as a base, then apply this fixing tint only on the inner part of the lips for a gradient effect. This method is less drying than using the fixing tint alone for a gradient look. For those with lip lines like me, layering this lacquer-style tint with a matte lip product works better than pairing it with a moisturizing one, which tends to emphasize wrinkles. - rl*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 10, 2025
The light undertone is the best, and it's perfect for those with cool undertones like me. It's great as a natural lip color that's not too overwhelming. Even if you're not extremely cool-toned like me (more neutral-leaning), it should still work well for you. They claimed it wouldn't come off... but it disappears immediately when you eat anything. Barely any stain remains, unfortunately. - a2*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedJan 21, 2025
The scent isn't overpowering and the color is beautiful. It applies smoothly on dry lips, leaving them moisturized. It tends to wear off quite easily. Because it fades quickly, I find myself reapplying often. - dm******Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityDead Skin CellsRecommendedNov 6, 2024
The color is beautiful and the texture feels slightly soft after application. It creates a natural overlip effect and looks absolutely gorgeous!! Lately, I've been using only this. The staying power seems quite good too! Personally, I didn't like the scent. It's not terribly off-putting, but it just doesn't suit me. - wa******Normal SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedOct 20, 2024
It made my lips incredibly moisturized and smooth, which looked absolutely gorgeous! I thought that if used without thinning it out, it might be a bit too intense for students. It looks even more beautiful when applied sparingly! - le******Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityRednessRecommendedSep 27, 2024
It's a warm-toned shade with a slight reddish hue that I really like. I'm excited to try it since I've heard it doesn't transfer easily. No downsides yet. Etude House seems to excel at creating lip products with vibrant colors. - di****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 5, 2024
I loved that the color was exactly what I wanted! It suited me well as a cool-toned girl with a deep undertone. The scent wasn't particularly pleasant. Also, it unfortunately accentuated dead skin cells, which was disappointing. - qe*****Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 31, 2024
As someone with a deep autumn complexion, I was tired of always wearing dark shades, so I bought this. It's perfect for a bare-faced look or daily wear, and it suits me well enough. While it might not be an absolute perfect match for deep autumn tones, I'm satisfied considering I knew that when I purchased it. There's a slight grayish undertone and dullness to it. It seems like it could work well enough for summer and autumn muted tones too. For those with deep autumn complexions, try layering this pink-pigmented base and then applying your usual darker lip color on the inner part of your lips for a beautiful gradient effect.
